Phone people with questions. I have a return..they are asking for an order number..which was on none of my paperwork..

I ordered 3 of the tank bras for this company. The one I wore was far too small for me. I have not been able to get in touch with them to send them back and get a refund. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

First, the product (bra tank top) was very shoddily made, and though I ordered a size 3x to make sure it wouldn’t be tight, it was so tight, I had trouble getting out of it. So when I requested a refund, well within the 30 days stated on their website, I got a gigantic run around. Eventually I had to stop payment on my credit card.

First, the package looks like it comes from China. Second, their sizing is way off. I ordered large and they wouldn't fit a small child. Then the "return" button on their website didn't get me to a return page, but back to the home page - repeatedly. I finally used the contact page to ask for a refund and return. After waiting several days, was given two choices - to order a different size or get a 50% refund and keep the cami's. There was no mention of the option to return the items for a full refund. I had to write to them again asking for a full refund as their site indicates and wait for a response. They now say I've been given a full refund. Will wait and see. It was a hassle for sure!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. These Bra tank tops are very poor quality, nothing like what the pictures lead you to believe. They smoosh your boobs the insert is basically a flat piece of fabric put inside. It probably took some child 5 minutes to cut and sew this tank. There return policy is bull, 30-Day Worry-Free Returns. They offer 50% refund or free exchange.

This company is horrible. First, the tank top they sent me wouldn't fit a toddler and I ordered a large. When I asked for return/refund instructions, they said not to return it and offered me either ANOTHER top, or a 50% refund!!!!! We're still fighting.

The product is way too small! I could not put it on over my head nor step into it. I am a small build but ordered a medium for comfort. Terrible product. Made in china

It's been three weeks since I placed my order. I've heard absolutely nothing and their website appears to have disappeared. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

If interested, here's what I did to get a full refund (within 30 days): I found the charge on my CC, looked them up, sent my request for 'full refund (through email and contact form). I used their website contact form and email (on the website). She wrote back quickly:
• A 50% refund to your original payment method, with no return required
• A free exchange for a larger size at no additional cost. We do not require items to be mailed back" I wrote back saying the quality and size were unacceptable - FULL refund. I copied and pasted the "no hassle" return statement from their home page). I received FULL Refund on my CC within the week. So my work paid off. 🙂 Any way they do make returns difficult and time-consuming, so buyer beware. I just wanted to add that their Medium would fit a 12 year old girl. Seriously. Also no hems on the material, just cut stretchy fabric. For the 'bra' it's just a skinny pad - no support, less than a sports bra. For the money one would expect more.

Do not deal with this company under any circumstances! I bought the tank with the built in bra and they were slow to arrive but not horribly so. The tank was too small for me and originally I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. I emailed their “customer support” (there is no phone number) and heard nothing back. I emailed a second time…still nothing. Emailed a third time yesterday threatening to contact my credit card for a chargeback and report them to the BBB. As of today I still have gotten no response at all. I can’t imagine what happened with the one person who had a good experience but my advice would be to RUN from this company.

I ordered two Built in Bra Tank Tops. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, nbd, but the items are not as the web site would lead you to believe. The "sewn in support" must refer to the straps because the cups are not. But a band is glued in between the cups to help hold them in place? The sizing is small and the material is cheap. There has been no response to my email and my anti virus software lists it as a dangerous site.

I placed an order December 31st through Shop. When I go to the avoria website it shows my order is still in process. When I go to shop it says no information has been received regarding my order. I have sent three emails to the company with no response I feel like I've been ripped off. My credit card was charged December 31st.

I bought their built in bra tank tops and I LOVE them. Would def recommend!
