Difficulties with take of money and deposit.
I am embarrased, this broker has 5 star on Trustpilot. My experience is rather negative.
First. They take pretty much amount money from account. Ie. I trade on Brent. It is future at Avatrade, not spot and rollovers are necessary. I have position 0,04 lot. And AVAtrade take of me 264 USD for one rollover!!! I think it is robbery in sunny day.
Second, I tryied to deposit via Gpay, via PayPal, but they are suspicious for financial org. (bank, PayPal) or they have bad safety protocols, transfers were break as suspicious transactions. When you ask them why these happend, they repeated they need official confirmation of transactions from bank or PayPal. As they are part of transactions are all informations in they financial system. Chat with them is vanish of time.
I consider as positive they trade reports sending twice of day and are helpful often.

They are a scam
They are a scam! Beware of this website. I have been trying to withdraw my money from the account and till now I’m not able to. They keep sending vague emails about restrictions on a card. When you’re depositing they have all the options to do this but when you’re withdrawing you can’t. The keep blocking you. I can’t believe I fell for this scam

Everything according the Account…
Everything according the Account opening went smooth and fast. No issues whatsoever. You have to get used to the mobile trading app and the web trader is quite buggy on the safari browser on MacBook. Still I recommend the broker.

My intention was to start trading again, but I had 2 business trips to China and Hong Kong, so I was planing to take care of the trading after. I have to admit, I should've made the account after the trip, but even so, the staff could've been a bit friendly and more understanding. For the rest, everything was fine, so it's truly a pity!
