Bonus Offer

Amended to 5 stars. I'd just like to say a huge thanks to Jonathan Forman, Client Success Manager at AVA. My dealings with him have been easy, quick and very positive.
I'd recommend anyone that trades with AVA to contact Jonathan if you have any issues as he will always work hard to resolve your issues and I'm impressed by the speed of his responses!

I have been contacted today by Client Success Manager at AVA Jonathan Forman. Jonathan has very kindly taken my issues into consideration with regards to the below and we have worked towards a result that I am happy with, and I feel AVA are too.
I'm currently continuing my relationship with AVA as a result and would like to thank Jonathan for his work over the last few days on my behalf.
I have improved my rating from 1 star to 4 based on my dealings with Jonathan.

It's both comforting and worrying to see that I am not the only person to have suffered major issues with AVA. I have had an account since January 18 and made numerous deposits as a result of their "bonus offers" at an average of around 30% bonus.
Due to my full time job and level of trading activity I hadnt until recently noticed that none of the bonuses have been deposited to my account. These bonuses total £5.5k.
I sent AVA a query about this on the 31st May, asking where my bonuses were and why they haven't been deposited to my account. TO DATE (25th June) I have not yet received a valid reason, only their new favourite line, "bonuses cannot be made on deposits from a previous month".
So, what AVA will say folks, is if you deposit on the back of a bonus offer, you need to chase them EVERY DAY until they put it in your account. Otherwise they'll wait until you raise it and give you a false reason that is not advertised anywhere on their website/emails etc. Nowhere.
I've submitted an LBA to AVA last week, with a deadline of today, and have not yet received the monies owed. As such I will be filing an official claim against them tomorrow and will be updating this review throughout the process, unless AVA settle (at which point I will also let you all know).
AVA, consider this the bad PR you didn't want.
