If you perform a Google search, you will find countless discussions from sellers who followed all policies and procedures and still faced suspensions. This situation highlights the difference between a scam occurring on our part and Amazon operating their platform as intended, which limits our control.

We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate circumstances surrounding your Amazon store. Upon transitioning your store, our fulfillment team began the process of preparing your store, including ungating in various categories, sourcing suppliers, conducting product research, and building your sales and review history. We were actively selling when Amazon conducted an audit of your store, resulting in its suspension. It's important to note that this was part of a widespread audit taking place across the platform and not specific to our clientele. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control.


Since the suspension occurred, we have offered to assist in opening a second store and operating it while simultaneously appealing for the reinstatement of your original store. However, our request to open a second store was declined, and our suspension team proceeded with appealing the suspension on the first store. Despite our continued efforts and collaboration with Amazon, we have yet to achieve a reinstatement. While you have requested to discontinue the appeals, we have honored your request but continue to submit release of funds requests to Amazon on your behalf, as your store had a positive balance from the time it was operational.


We understand that this is not an ideal situation. Despite your decision to stop the appeal submissions, our team remains committed to you, and we will continue to appeal the store should you decide to proceed.

Please note that selling on the Amazon platform entails risks, and to mitigate these risks, we need to operate securely and steadily. The team was actively working on your behalf, including ungating inventory in various categories and sourcing products essential for building sales history and developing supplier relationships to scale your store. Unfortunately, access to your store was revoked before we could fully assist you further.


We assure you that we are not a scam. There is a significant difference between a company being a scam and a store not scaling at the desired rate.
