Good on the day...but 11 months later!

Had a diagnostic check carried out on car aircon July24. Engineer added sealant as he said there might be a leak due to stones hitting condenser unit at front of the vehicle. System regased and system used for couple of months. Never used again for 8 months till this month. Now system is blowing warm air again so didn't last even a year. (Recommendations is the system gets regased every two years). Phoned Auto-Kool but got no reply so left a text message. Text received back next available appointment was next month! Not impressed...went elsewhere to get it fixed.
