Getting crypto reconciliations done is not cheap, so it helps to know that the service is worth it. Apart from the work itself, I really appreciated that Aurum don't just do the report and then leave you to your own devices. Abdul continued to be available for calls to explain things even after the report was complete, and I appreciate that Aurum makes an effort to treat you like a person rather than a nameless client.
