Last week Aura Gas replaced my old broken back boiler with a new gas boiler which was fitted in my airing cupboard. The engineer who did the work was fantastic and the work was completed with the minimum amount of disruption. I would fully recommend Aura Gas to anyone.

A faulty sensor was identified on a previous visit. This was ordered promptly and fitted quickly. The engineer was courteous and fitted the sensor with minimum disruption. A much better experience than with British Gas - our previous provider.

Had a heat pump installed and am very happy with the outcome. The engineers were incredibly hardworking and left no mess whatsoever in the house.
The heat pump itself is brilliant, electricity bill has been reduced significantly and is surprisingly very quiet when running!
Would highly recommend if in an all electric home, we cannot fault this company whatsoever. Start to finish, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Thanks to Aura Gas we now have heating throughout the house with radiators and an air source heat pump.
Installation was quick and almost trouble free. Couple of connections were fixed very quickly.
Work completed by competent fitters who were polite and knowledgeable and very helpful.
Communication with Aura Gas was very good, with quick responses to any queries.

Boiler serviced as per agreed date, very polite, clean and tidy work.

Firstly I was given a date for the servicing my boiler well in advance giving me time to reschedule other commitments.
Secondly the person carrying out the work on my boiler started the work very efficiently and it was quickly done. .
Thirdly I was impressed by the high standard of the engineer and the way he carried out the work was excellent.

Stuart mundee arrived on time quickly diagnosed fault replaced faulty divertor valve .Left everything clean and tidy and working efficiently and very satisfied.
