I’ve completed almost 8 purchases with Atom now, and honestly compared to other domain marketplaces I’ve tried, Atom wins every single time. No headaches, no long waiting, everything just goes smoot... See more

Quick and easy to deal with
I've just sold pandamood.com domain name on Atom marketplace. It was very fast, easy and friendly. Bitpay payout is great. Thank you for fine experience
Domain Resellers are absolute trash.
If you are not using a domain or purchase domains just to try an sell them at a premium price, you are scum. You are absolute scum... You are basically trashy resellers of concert tickets. You do no actual work besides making a payment for the domain and taking it from people who might need it. Then requesting thousands of dollars for something worth $14 a year.
What is it like waiting for you domain…
What is it like waiting for your domain too sell? Well, it's like setting up your garden, and sitting on the porch waching for the weeds overtake your garden. I have never sold a domain and it has been several months since I signed up. It's great getting likes, hits, etc, however, that does not pay the bills. Atom appears to be a good platform with bells and whistles, but that does not pay the bills either.
Breach of Trademark and Infringement of Anti-Cybersquatting Protection Act!
Atom LLC have a legal duty as a 3rd party reseller to deal with breach of trademarks and infringement of anti-cybersquatting yet have failed significantly.
Despite me bringing it to the attention of several Atom 'support' staff and also having direct communication with the seller of the domain with supplying them with a cease and desist letter, they have decided to hide messages from their messaging system and also stop communication between myself, them and the registrant/seller of the domain.
I have emails from Atom with the messages between myself and the domain registrant/seller as I had notifications of messages so the evidence is there.
All necessary legal action will be taken as per the cease and desist letter if the directions are not met within the seven day period advised in the letter.
Do not deal with this company and be aware of their actions being illegal!
Unfortunately Trustpilot does not allow me to link my email address in reviews however I am sure if I mention the word Zemrax then Atom will know who to contact in order to rectify their breach of the law.

Smooth and secure transaction!
I recently used Atom.com to handle a domain sale, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Their platform was easy to use, and I felt secure every step of the way. Communication was prompt, and the funds were released quickly once the transfer was complete. Highly recommend Atom.com for anyone needing a reliable escrow service. Thanks for making it hassle-free!

My family has 3 portfolios w/ Atom
My family has 3 portfolios w/ Atom: Not a sale in 17 months. (5 at Sedo, 11 at Afternic). These aren't small portfolios. Names aren't ultra-premium, but each word has high-volume of search, all are estimated by godaddy to be 4, sometimes 5 digits. We list at 180% of godaddy recommendation. Not a glimmer.
While seeing some heavy-duty complaints online about a year ago, it seemed silly to pull out. We'd paid $400 for "premium tokens," which is my fault; I should've been wiser. Didn't want to just surrender the $400.
I asked (nicely) a week ago why so many of our domains are suddenly "sapphire-market-worthy," while 325 one-word .com's are not. Still no response after a week. I love to give good reviews. I simply can't recommend Atom.com domains marketplace on service, communication ... or cost/benefit.
Unprofessional Sales & Service - Avoid
Ivan with Atom.com is unprofessional and rude. I was inquiring about the purchase of a domain and was shocked to see how rude he was when I was submitting an offer and providing context related to that offer. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and he stopped responding. Sad part is they just lost $8,000 I was willing to pay because of this experience. After further review I believe this Atom company is a scam and attempting to steal personal information from people inquiring about these domains that the do not own but advertise as if they do. Be very aware of this company!

From Concern to Loyalty: My Positive Journey with Atom.com
If anyone is experiencing issues with Atom.com, I encourage you to leave constructive feedback. Atom.com takes customer input seriously and reviews all feedback carefully.
I remember when Atom.com was still SquadHelp.com. After the rebrand, I initially didn’t experience the same level of success with their customer service. However, after sharing my concerns on Trustpilot, they reached out within 24 hours and addressed my issues sincerely and thoroughly. Since then, Atom has gone above and beyond, and I’ve become a loyal and highly satisfied customer once again.
I especially want to thank Jonathan and Jessica for arranging a conference call to discuss my concerns and for treating my feedback with genuine care. They are both incredible professionals and truly deserve their holiday bonuses, whether for Chanukah, Christmas, or Kwanzaa, a little early this year.
A special thank you as well to my new account manager, Jessica. She has worked tirelessly on my behalf, and within just one month, I successfully sold a domain name on Atom.com thanks to her support.
Thank you, Jonathan, Jessica, and the entire Atom.com team for listening, responding, and demonstrating that you truly care about your customers. 🙂
