The product was a higher grade than I expected and made our yard look great . The salesperson was very good to talk to . The only feed back was the square foot of grass he sent was higher than I needed. I gave it away but did not need to spend that amount. I don't know how we mixed up the amounted needed. 0ver purchased 25 % more than necessary. .

Pricing for shipping was same for a small roll as for the larger role once project scope changed. I had the opportunity to pick it up at their warehouse. They charged and excessive “ handling and prep” that was for cutting and wrapping it it. Which they would have had to do if they shipped it. When I got there it was not wrapped and still made me pay the fee.

The materials I ordered was good quality and was exactly what I ordered. A little better instruction video should come with specific instructions for installing putting greens.

Choosing turf for my backyard was the best decision for me and my dog. I originally tried sod and it didn’t hold due to the steep hillside and the yard was a huge mess especially when it rained, mud everywhere including all through the house (when the dog would come in from outside). Now, my yard looks beautiful ALL the time now. No mud inside or out and no maintenance needed! The dog and I are very happy! :)
