my wife gave one of this phone for Christmas last year model number CF2414 SOS PHONES.Howwever am now being told this phone will on longer work when G3 is switch off why was she not told about this when she bought this phone. I see there are still selling this type of phone in the newspapers without telling if they will work when G3 is switched off.
Reported Artfone G6 defective no success with UK agent, contacted China, very helpfull once determined phone was dead. They sent a brand new phone by Courier which arrived within a week. Kept me informed at all stages by email with perfect English.
