Appreciate Jarod explaining what the treatment would be today. He asked if I wished internal service = I declined. Also appreciate Jarod stopping in afterwards and explaining how the service went in summary. He also asked if I wished sticky spider traps for garage which I also declined. Very good service today.

I appreciate the friendly and on time technicians. They clearly communicate arrival time, updates on what was addressed and how. And I appreciate when they knock down cobwebs and spray for the sugar ants, the seasonal vermin to keep them at bay.

Love the advance notice when the team…
Love the advance notice when the team is arriving. They are quick an efficient. Noted the last two times after the applications that the spider webs were not wiped away like had been done before. Would like to see this improved.

Very happy
We have been using them for a few treatments so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They do a thorough job. We have seen a large decrease in the spiders and bugs around our house since they started treating.

Aptive is super reliable!
They come when I call no matter if it’s two extra times during heavy ant active months. They take care of the problem and the ants go away. The ants are super prolific during spring and come from anywhere! Aptive finds the trail and follows it back and poof!
