Ivan replaced the RAT traps with MOUSE traps.

Ivan suggested that he replace the RAT traps with MOUSE traps, since that is what he thinks is the problem. Why has no one thought of this before?

Aptive is great!!

It's so easy to be on a schedule and know that a technician will be here every month. They have helped with rodents, ants, and everything else!! Set up for service was exceptional too!

Product doesn't work and poor service

Aptive does not provide monthly services as contracted. The pest control for ants and spiders does not work. Also the servicemen show up and say they are not able to check the attic area.

Their technicians are very helpful and…

Their technicians are very helpful and friendly! They make sure all areas of concern are taken care of. I never have ants anymore destroying food, thanks to Aptive Pest Control.

Terrible Scheduling by Aptive

The technician did a fine job but once again he was two hours early then the scheduled time. This is the third time that Aptive has not provided a technician at the prescribed time. It has caused me to reschedule a third time. I find this unacceptable that will be looking for another company because of it.

I miss them and wasn't able to request…

I miss them and wasn't able to request a trap i call and let them know and they came back the same day and place a box instead of just a regular trap at no charge. other companies charge for boxes, there prices are good. Very happy with the service.

They never check the rat traps

They never check the rat traps. They don’t put new sticky traps in the house. AND… raised the price; s if they aren’t twice the price of companies that do a good job.

I've been trying to contact management…

I've been trying to contact management and this company has completely neglected my need to do so. Their techs have been very professional and communicate well.But the problem is, after several months, I still have the same insect problem.I had before ants ants ants.

Ad Hoc Service Not Good Idea

Service was ad hoc. I prefer to know ahead of time on which date and time. The tech arrived on time, Called the morning he was coming, with trainee. He did not send pics as promised.

Philip was awesome!

Philip was very communicative about his arrival times and in asking if I had any concerns since my last appointment. After he finished I received a text from him with a full explanation of what was done and found along with detailed photos. He was so polite in his text responses even wishing me to have a great day! Awesome service!!!
