60% of ALL customers are UNHAPPY

What an APPALLING company!
I really should have taken notice of the reviews with nearly 6 out of 10 customers dissatisfied. I have also had a very bad dealings with this company and would advise you go elsewhere.

Appalling Customer Service and outrageous charges

This company's return policy is both ambiguous and misleading, allowing them to charge whatever they like. They don't list or clarify any costs until you come to send the item back, by which time, if you want some of your money back you have to agree. The customer service by the 'managers' is appalling, emails are not clear nor is the information that is requested. I would not trust this company and would advise you to look elsewhere. The number of 'bad' reviews speaks for itself and I wish I had been more diligent.

Good experience

Ordered items totalling over £800 which were delivered to kerbside as advertised on the given date with no charge. Very good prices and the overall service was good. Website account doesn't seem to work so they should fix this.

Great prices, good honest customer service

I bought a cooker hood from them, (expensive neff brand). It was significantly cheaper from them then elsewhere.

Arrived on time, no issues there, but it was damaged on arrival. They sorted out the replacement quickly no with problem. I would happily order from them again.

What a set of incompetent people

What a set of fools , I ordered an oven to be delivered on Thursday. After having to listen to one of their stupid call centre staff , who called me trying to sell me an ‘extended guarantee’ the donut heads cancelled my order ( even thought it had gone through PayPal) this used to be a really good company , now it’s totally useless

Re Review - Responsible Company.
I purchased a grade B refurbished under the counter free standing fridge, the purchase procedure and delivery service was excellent. My consignment duly arrived ( the delivery crew were excellent) but there was a very noticeable dent on the door front otherwise it was brand new. I gave 3 stars.
I’ve since received a call from Customer Service who apologised and offered a compensation payment which I accepted as-the appliance is to be used in a garden room.

Am very unhappy with them

Am very unhappy with them , they hasn’t got item in stock but they not say anything just say 2-10 day delivery and I order and they send me email tell me waiting and then waiting , I lose a lot time with them and I email them cancel and refun but nothing to hear from them , I want give them 0 star , I never come back this company again

Good supplier

Ordered , appliance , spoke to them , whatever is available they will deliver , what ever isnt available your clearly notified via email or on the website, but in anycase our freezer we knew it would be delayed due to covid and stocks at manufacturers, if you need an appliance call and ask before you order , looking at some reviews they are suspect being low scores, I have no connection with them except buying a Bosch freezer which was hard to get hold of

Don't but something you have time constraints for , these guys have good costs savings on many products from what I can see on there website

Delivery like many others is kerb side , but a tip sometimes sorts that out , otherwise organise yourself

If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a fraudulent company. Ordered a Bosch hob 2 weeks ago. No update on delivery.
I have tried to call multiple times but on ringing the answer message says they are unavailable to answer and send an email.
If you ring between 1-2pm then they inform you on the answer message they are on lunch and to send a email.
If you ring after 5pm the answer message states the office is now closed and to send a email:
Sent 3 emails to ask for an update and to call me. No response.
Money has been taken so can’t even stop that.
I advise anyone that DO not use this company. Absolute disgrace

Update: Has Improved

Edit: The company seems to have improved their site and they now display if stock is due in and available for pre-order. They also have made additional notes on carriage charges. They use an external pallet delivery company for areas outside of their locality (although it still says Free Delivery on products, a suggestion to improve this would be a post-code checker that tells you if you're eligible for free delivery or not). I decided to try them again and ordered another kitchen appliance, and after an email confirming the additional carriage cost my order was delivered within a week, well packaged and delivered with care. I also called them before ordering and the representative I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They still however need to update the account creation process so you can track orders easier, but overall I am updating my review and give them credit for improving.

Ordered multiple expensive kitchen appliances from this company, all of which clearly stated the items had free delivery. Upon creating a new account, I could not log into it as my account has to be 'approved by an administrator' first, which should have been an immediate red flag for me, but I ended up going through checkout as a guest instead. The next day I received emails saying one appliance was not in stock, and they wanted extra payment for delivery costs for the other items. The items stock & full delivery costs should be made clear at the point of sale.

Responsive customer service and great…

Responsive customer service and great way of handling production delays.
While we didn't end up ordering from Appliance Source I thought I leave a comment on their customer service to give another perspective. We ordered a Bosch fridge which, due to some production delays, would have arrived later than initially advertised. We got an email notifying us and checking if we still want to go ahead or cancel the order. On checking with customer service, they offered us a similar model from Siemens for almost exactly the same price. In the end we order the fridge through our kitchen supplier but our correspondence with Courtney from customer service has always been fast, courteous and supportive.

AVOID!

AVOID!!
I was hesitant about ordering from an unknown supplier even though they have an impressive website, but that is just a front. I made a big mistake. I did order. TRUST ME. Their attitude is not worth the few £ saved.
On the initial phone call, I was told they had been in business for 30 years [in truth the name maybe 30 years old!] and also trade as Kitchen Collection.
After my experience and after reading Trustpilot reviews I am surprised anyone orders.
So…..
1. If you want to buy an expensive appliance and not have it delivered.
2. If you want the supplier’s courier claiming you have signed for it at your front door when you have not and have waited in all day.
3. If you want your 2 emails and 3 phone calls ignored.
4. If you want to be responsible for finding out where your expensive order is.
5. If you then want to be verbally insulted by email after they have taken your money and accused having a “conspiratory theory” [by employee Steve]
6. If you want a store that expects you to deal with the delivery courier FedEx [an appalling courier] to establish which address they delivered to and who signed for your £600 appliance.
7. If you want to be responsible for your own delivery & totally left trying to find where FedEx the courier left your order and repeatedly phone and email them.
8. If you want the worst Customer Care after you have ordered.

This is the store for you.
But best AVOID and read other reviews on Trustpilot, they nearly all say the same!
If you expect manners and a professional approach you will not get it from Appliance Source ONCE you have ordered Do not whatever you do even have a second thought about ordering. AVOID
PS. Whoever you order from do check courier is not FedEx as they dumped a £600 appliance on its side in the open in the rain nowhere near the door for 2 days & nobody signed for it.
So three companies to add to your Blacklist Appliance Source, Kitchen Collection and FedEx! The worst ever

I was extremely worried about ordering…

I was extremely worried about ordering my Domino Hob from Appliance Source but was really pleasantly surprised. I did do my own homework and made sure my items were in stock with the manufacturers before I placed the order. Dealt with a lovely lady named Courtney whom treasured me of my order by the following week. I am extremely happy with the service I recieved and the information provided for delivery

KEEP AWAY

I have ordered a fridge and a dishwasher from Appliance Source on the 14.02.2020. While they do say that they dispatched in 7-14 days after the order, here I am, 3+ weeks and I still don't have any of the items.
It is pointless to call them as they will only say that they you will be advice via e-mail.
Even when e-mailed them to cancel (on the 04.03.2020) I find myself on the 09.03.2020 and they didn't even confirm that they have received my cancellation e-mail.
I have cancelled the dishwasher today as well, and will never again order from them

Setting the record straight

Ok, this is my 1st review in a while.

After searching the web during Black Friday, I saw what I thought was a great deal for a Rangemaster 110cm Toledo dual fuel cooker. Circa £1,050 when usually more like £1,500. When the colour (slate) id been looking at for a couple of days disappeared from their website, I phoned them up to see if it had sold out (yes), and whether or not they’d be getting any more in stock (no), confirmed in a call back by a very friendly sales assistant. They had one other colour in stock (ivory), and after another call back confirming how many of those they had in stock (a couple) I promptly ordered one as fast as I could.

Shortly after this, I thought it worth checking reviews on Trust Pilot, and then I started to get worried......

So after reading the mixed bag of negative reviews, I crossed my fingers and hoped. I phoned the company to confirm my delivery date around a week after I ordered (I’d managed to delete their initial confirmation email), but the very next day I had a phone call from the aforementioned helpful member of staff to say there had been a delay from the factory, and delivery would be put back a week.

Not a problem for me, as out kitchen renovation was in the early stages, but still a little worrying given reviews I’d read.

So I sat back and continued to cross my fingers.

The following week the cooker arrived as promised - fully packed and wrapped as new in pristine condition.

The clearly stated 1 man kerb side delivery service - so complained about in other reviews - was fantastic. Although he had no obligation to help me take the cooker up a flight of stairs into our 1st floor flat, he did so quite happily, even though the cooker was incredibly heavy (650kg!). A true gentleman - a real gem. Hopefully the company appreciates his services and rewards him appropriately.

So in summary - a really wonderful shopping experience for me. I would definitely order from them again without hesitation in future.

But as some previous reviews have said, if you are desperate for your order to be arrive next day or on a certain date, then maybe best to order from Curry’s. (Although Curry recently took 4 weeks to delivery an out of stock American Fridge Freezer to me!)

But if you are flexible with delivery date, and have a keen eye for a real bargain, then this could be the company for you.

I give 5 stars because I believe the…

I give 5 stars because I believe the other reviews are unfair.

After reading other reviews about stock, I called them up to confirm they had stock. They did, they gave me a delivery date and stuck to it. No problems.

I'd suggest you call them up before ordering in case you are worried about the stock issues.

It took about 10 days to deliver, but this is reasonable as it clearly mentions it on the website.
