Hi everyone,
The Apollo City is my third scooter from this company. My experience has been a very approving and satisfied one. I had a slight hiccup with the first one, but all issues were resolved swiftly and efficiently by their second to none customer service. I'm altogether please with all the scooters I acquired and would recommend anyone to venture into purchasing with this company. Speedy delivery and full tracking were anxiety free. Their scooters have an excellent design language and have a superb range of features. I use my City as a commuter vehicle and it more copes with what is required, regardless of the weather.

Customer service & Product Design

Customer service – Good. I contacted customer service through Messenger and email, and their responses were fast and helpful.

Design – As a user with high expectations, I find that the Apollo Phantom 2.0 offers an excellent balance between product design and performance, making it the best option for me.

Outstanding customer service

I had to cancel my order due to personal reasons and still received an outstanding customer service when handling the order cancelation. Due to their quick reply, the product didn’t ship and everything was handled smoothly. Great job!

Don't use Canpar please

The sales experience is good so far, but please don't use Canpar. Just look at their google reviews. I've been worried sick about my scooter.

They don't deliver on weekends, refuse to deliver at a time of your choosing, and if you're not home when they deliver, you'll be forced to pick up the scooter on their warehouse.

Great scooter with great customer support

Customer service was great. The Apollo folks answered my inquiry very quickly. The Apollo GO scooter I purchased is absolute quality. Excellent features and thoughtful design touches. Very stylish and excellent performance. Very happy with the scooter and I'm looking forward to miles of fun.

Responsive support team!

Company has been very kind and prompt in helping me troubleshoot the (minimal) issues I have had. They seem to really care about their customer base and I am having no regrets purchasing the Apollo City from them. Will for sure seek to upgrade with them in the future.

Worth it!

As someone who has ridden the Apollo Go over 5,500 miles (NYC miles, for those who know how rough the streets are here), I must say that the Explore is an incredible scooter. It’s equipped with all the trickledown technology from previous models, resulting in a smooth ride, smooth acceleration, and a good range compared to the Go. The headlight is brighter, and the angle is adjustable to your preference. My advice is to always point it out and down to avoid blinding other riders on two-way paths.

The only minor drawback I found was the locking clip when folding the scooter. Locating the clip and finding the right one or unclipting it takes a bit more time compared to the Go. However, aside from this, I’m thoroughly satisfied with the scooter and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for performance on a budget.

I purchased an Apollo Go from Best Buy…

I purchased an Apollo Go from Best Buy and I was having trouble with the app letting me set the max speed from 22mph to 30. Reached out to Apollo and they answered very quickly and helped me out by sending me an update. I returned the Go to Best Buy I really loved it but having owned motorcycles in the past I felt like I needed something with a little more power so I ordered a phantom from the website. It arrives tomorrow I’m very exited.

Very impressed with my Explore 2.0!

I preordered the Explore 2.0 and since then, communication and my customer experience has been solid. Apollo was very good about keeping me updated as to when my scooter would ship and arrive, even from the time it was loaded onto a container in China. The scooter was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I love my new scooter, it has been a really solid experience since first contact.

October 2025 bought my stellar Apollo…

October 2025 bought my stellar Apollo phantom just two months later had to take it to shop here in Vancouver.
I will never buy Apollo scooter again, the company is all talk on you tube and visits to china but the product sucks. over 5,000 dollars for scooter that is worth in quality 2000 dollars

Apollo lock, customer service

Got a lock my apollo go, very convenient now that I dont have to use a backpack just for a lock, many bike lock areas I'm able to wrap around at least 2-3 times leaving me with peace of mind that it's secure, highly recommend. Their selection of scooters are also amazing with detail and beauty like you see with apple products. Being a Canadian company if your in canad you know support and warranty ect. Will always be there, support is always top notch as well, always willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Thanks apollo
