Avoid avoid avoid wheat a horrible company bought petrol mower broke after 3 tings of using it told me send it bk and will all be done in a week tokk 3 days to deliver box to send it bk then said box it and will collect tomorrow stayed in all day no one came called them said not collecting to day I wasn't happy raised my voice a bit they didn't like it then told me we not collecting it at all now what a disgrace this company are I have bought few things from them in past never again staff got a bad attitude

Ordered a Led light cooker hood on the 27-4-25 came on the 30-4-25 put it up on 1-5-25 works perfectly (made soup 😁 ) simples

Ceiling hood extractor stopped working after 2 1/2 years. Not helpful regarding the spare part number, the lady said that she cannot advise anything. She suggested to look for spare part in sparezone. No information regarding the picture or spare part. Please don’t buy from Apelson ever.

Bought a chainsaw from the B&Q, Apelson took back the chainsaw after a few months, and said that they would trying fix it, unfortunate they weren't able to. They have given me a credit note to get another one, very good customer service, answered the phone straight away.

I purchased a pressure washer from Screwfix I had it in the box for thirteen months before I opened it I took it out to try and use it and it run for two minutes then stopped I sent it back to apelson who said it replaced the power cable and the motor
Now give that this washer was brand new in the box until that day it was in brand new condition
When apelson returned the washer to me it was a battered and scratched washer the lance was bent it was a completely scrap looking washer
I contacted Amanda who said it was my washer and they were adamant it came to them in that condition she wouldn’t listen to the fact that I sent them a brand new washer and if I didn’t accept it they wouldn’t send it back to me and basically tough shit
People be warned this is not a reputable company to do business with and should be avoided at all cost I will be contacting screwfix also to warn them about this issue

Purchased a Petrol Lawnmower from Screwfix and it needed a repair, contacted Apelson to explain the situation and they sent me a box so that I could pack the heavy petrol lawnmower in. The box arrived and it was so flimsy and already damaged. Opened the box to find 3 pieces of scrunched up paper and a plastic sheet. There was no packing tape supplied and the box was not strong enough to hold the lawnmower. Fortunately I had some packing clingfilm which I wrapped around the box. The box had no cutout handles so it was very difficult to handle. Apelson or Screwfix need to be more customer focused and supply the correct and adequate items for returning goods.

Culina combi microwave with 2 year parts and labour and 5 year parts failed in 25th month from purchase. Contacted Apelson to ask how to access 5 year parts warranty and received no reply. Will not buy any item where the warranty is serviced by Apelson again. A product is only as good as the warranty. Do not recommend.

Oven touch screen does not work correctly.. engineers have been out 3 times and has been repaired twice.. second time did not work hrs after being repaired

Waited over 1 month for a hob to be looked at - endless emails /calls to 'customer service ' , who provided no service just a bunch of excuses about parts/engineers etc etc .. engineer turned up after 1 month ; replaced 1 part and then decided a new hob was needed - didn't replace as its not up to them referred us back to original supplier , with a code - yet to see if that works

I've been waiting since November for a bracket to be replaced in microwave which was only a few weeks old. So many issues.... job 'cancelled 'endless emails, phone calls .... excessive for something so minor.
