Not a great experience using this company – they miss-sell their services, use a cheap unreliable AI to respond to any queries and then dismiss any complaints without properly investigating them.
Definitely not worth the risk if you are thinking of signing up for them.
Change this to one star review after their insulting reply. They completely ignored the fact that they miss-sold their services so I’m updating the review to say avoid these crooks at all costs. They plainly do not care about their lies and dishonesty!

ANNA Money advertises themselves as a smooth, small-business-friendly solution, but the reality is a total nightmare for founders.
Here is the kicker: The cash back promotion requesting registering your company DIRECTLY through ANNA. They processed our ASIC incorporation, collected our registration fees, and holds all our official legal entity documents in their system. Yet, their onboarding team turns around and pretends they don't know our business background, putting us through endless, intrusive KYC loops and demanding more documents.
To make matters worse, they lure you in with promotional cashback offers during registration, only to play date-moving games once you've paid. They invent conflicting excuses—claiming offers ended on arbitrary dates—and use their own administrative delays to void promised promotional incentives.
Even after we provided official business documentation and proof of an active corporate bank account with a major Australian bank (Westpac), they continued their bureaucratic runaround.
Save yourself the headache and privacy risks. Skip ANNA and go straight to a proper, reliable bank. ANNA is an absolute waste of time and an insult to new business owners.
