Worlds worst customer service. Rubbish batteries

Worlds worst customer service. They literally will reply once and then never again. They don’t care, they won’t help. Both bikes I bought, the batteries died, I cannot get a replacement because they will not tell me what battery I need to get. Cheap rubbish, don’t bother.

EDIT: following their reply I did exactly as asked and emailed them with the order numbers (2 orders, both batteries completely died). And NO RESPONSE. It’s been 2 weeks now since I emailed, they will just flat out ignore you so do not bother with this company.

Bike is a piece of junk

Bike is a piece of junk. Had less than a year and have had constant issues since I got it. No the bike refuses to function correctly and is unsafe to ride. Just out of warranty. Of course they make you pay for shipping on the parts anyway. No one responds when I call. This company is shady and I would not recommend buying from them.

I have battery issues and bike still in…

I have battery issues and bike still in warranty called to get error code fixed or replacement. Told to wait for an email. I have been waiting a.long time ans no email.

MY BIKE WAS BROKEN BUT REPAIRABLE. I USED IT EVERY DAY TO GO TO WORK. I NEED TO REPAIR THE HORN AND LIGHT. I ALSO HAD TO REPAIR THE PEDALS AND A NEW BATTERY. THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, I PURCHASED THE MISSING PARTS EXCEPT THE BATTERY ON THE OFFICIAL SITE ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2022, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 AND OCTOBER 10, 2022, YES YES 2022. I HAVE RELATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES WHO FIRSTLY INVITED ME TO BE PATIENT, THEN TELL ME OF THE UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS WHILE ASKING ME TO BE PATIENT. MEANWHILE THE BIKE HAS BROKE AND BECOME UNUSABLE AND THEREFORE GOOD FOR SCROLLING. I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE AND OFFER THEM TO MAKE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE FOR THE DISAGREEMENT. World Class Service

The Ancheer Team has extraordinary customer service and truly bends over backwards to accommodate their customer after sale. They provided prompt and very courteous, very friendly communication within 24 hours or less. They provide a high quality product for a great price and they waste no time in getting your e-bike to you, it's amazing. I know there are many other e-bike providers and manufacturers out there to choose from but I have encourage others to seriously look at Ancheer for their e-bike and my companion also decided to go with an Ancheer e-bike.

Non existent Customer support

I purchased a treadmill in late February of 2023. its now early August and the treadmill stopped working
when I turn it on I only get a rapid beeping. no lights, no error code. nothing.
I called Ancheer support and they told me that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. after 2 more calls and 6 more days, nothing. They are horrible!!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE> THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES OR EVEN GET BACK TO YOU.
I now have a $230 paper weight.

The customer services is bonkers

The customer services is bonkers. I'm trying to get a replacement for a recalled battery for an e-bike (the previous model literally caught fire), and I'm at 25 emails trying to get them to send me a new one. I thought I was talking to a bot at first, but I realise now that it is a human who has been instructed to stall and delay. A sample: I sent them an email 2 days ago (email #23). They respond this morning saying:

"We will arrang [sic] the new battery for you once your battery is recycled. Waiting for your reply and confirm [sic]."

I replied to their last email within 30 seconds saying "yes, please send," and got a reply a few hours later "So apologize for I am not in the office now."

Gahhhh!

Ancheer is great !!

I have had a great experience with the Ancheer customer service and technical team. I had a huge problem and they helped me problem-solve and resolve it with professional compassion !!! They’re great and went above and beyond to make me happy and help me !!! Tysm guys ;)

STAY AWAY

Bikes are fine just a rebrand of a frame most cheap companies do it but avoid ancheer their support is disgusting and i am raising a legal complaint against them, battery stopped working and with 3 months of warranty left i contacted them about it and they have been playing around with me delaying since june last year i raised an issue within the 12 month warranty period for the battery and they have failed and failed to provide any adequate solution and are now asking me to buy a 3rd party one from amazon when after 5 months of emails they told me they will try send one out, told me to wait 3 months for stock and they now telling me its outside warranty repeating previous messages.

customer service is not worth it

ive had my bike for about a year now, still works fine only a small problem with the battery, nothing hard too fix but eventually the spokes on my back wheel gave out leaving me a choice of buying new ones from the ancheer shop, i waited the recommended time no emails so after about a week i emailed customer service in which they tried directing me too amazon so i emailed them again with my order information then being told its out of stock

how is it out of stock when it clearly shows that it isn't!?!?

their bikes aren't that bad but do not waste your time with customer support concerning new parts, they will most likely do the same thing they did too me!!!

Bad battery and worse customer service

I’ve had this bike for about two years and ride about 2-3 times a week on a 2 mile round trip. The battery is basically done and won’t make the trip anymore. I’ve been very careful with the battery and have it on a timer so that it never overcharges. When I emailed customer service they said they can offer me a $20 discount off their $250 replacement battery that will take 4-6 weeks to deliver. I asked for a larger discount since the battery didn’t last very long and they said no and something about maintaining their profit margin. For the money you can get a much better quality bike these days. Much better options out there.

Bought my Ancheer e-bike two years ago…

Bought my Ancheer e-bike two years ago and have been very pleased with it. For the price, it is excellent.
Had to change the seat at a small extra cost and fitted a carrier and bags for shopping. The detachable battery charges up fairly quickly and I have yet to experience a flat battery. Pity about the Shimano gears, really don’t need such an elaborate set up with an electric bike.
Can’t speak for Ancheer service as I have had no need to contact them.

Ancheer Ebike, good valve for money and great customer service.

Bought an Ancheer Ebike from their Czech republic shop with free delivery to the UK in 3-7 working days. Unfortunately when I made my ordered it was sold out with a back order time of approximately 4 weeks, not a problem, they offered me an alternative model if I wanted but I stuck with my original choice. For my inconvenience the refunded me 50 euro as compensation.
When my bike was back in stock it was delivered with full tracking as promised and excellent communications from Ancheer customer service.
As for the bike, it is what it is for the low purchase price, runs well and for a minimal cost I upgraded a couple of components that really were not up to the job I am using it for. It is now as good as a bike at least twice the price. What I would say is that when you are building it check that all nuts and bolts around the bike are tightened and adjusted as appropriate.

Shocking service - take your money but haven’t got the bikes.

Wow - how bad can it get.

Ordered 2 electric bikes on 21 of May. Receive email acknowledging receipt and advising getting ready to ship in 1-4 business days and to prepare + strict quality control tests. States expedited shipping 3-7 business days. Will keep me updated and email when shipped. Nothing heard and so on 6th business day I asked for an update. No response until 1st June apologising for not responding, oh, and by the way the bikes are out of stock!!! It took them 12 days to tell me out of stock. Can I wait another 1-2 weeks !!

The experience cost me £42 !!

Shocking service DONT buy from these people.

Great bikes, customer service slow but good when it happens.

I bought too Ancheer bikes, they are very good bikes and the e-bike certainly takes the effort out of most hills. Very steep and uneaven hills are a
Struggle as you stand to cycle up them and your body weight transfers from being over the back wheel which then causes the wheel to loose
Traction and spin this then causes the motor to cut out as thinks your coping ( when in fact your quite the opposite 😂). Customer service is good once it happens, however they do seem to take a long time to respond and the emails are broken English. Overall I am very satisfied.
