No accident or damage occurred during my rental. At return, the Europcar employee found nothing outside, then opened every door and used a phone flashlight until he found a tiny, apparently old scratch hidden inside the trunk opening. I immediately disputed it and refused to sign, yet Europcar charged me EUR 635.50. I have video evidence. This feels unfair and deceptive. I will never rent from Europcar again and will advise my friends, colleagues, and company not to use Europcar.
