Faye, our advisor was very helpful and supportive. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is we found sometimes the portal wasn't easy to navigate or documents didn't show up. But Faye helped us through!

For a very difficult thing in my life Amicable did exactly what they said they would do and gently and sensitively guided and pushed the process forwards to finalisation.

Having experienced the "normal" side of divorce lawyering, it was hugely refreshing to then use Amicable - very focussed on achieving the best outcome for both, less acrimony and constructive dialogue through a very intricate process and much filling out of complex forms. Few of us hope to become experienced in managing the divorce process, so getting great advisors who provide the smoothest and least adversarial route is a huge advantage

Divorce is not an easy process to navigate for many reasons. Amicable helped simplify the legal steps and Lidia was fantastic at facilitating conversations, listening to both parties and talking through options and next steps at every stage.

Clear, fast and it was just the service we needed for our amicable divorce

Amicable made a difficult process easy.
If you are in the right circumstances to use Amicable, I wouldn't hesitate. For a modest fee, they were brilliant at helping us navigate our divorce and the financial, legal complexities that come with that. I said several times whilst using the service "I don't know how people do this without Amicable!" I've recommended them to lots of people already.

The overall experience with Amicable was very good. The support and tone of our advisor was excellent and the structure/process was helpful. My ex and I have remained friends and continued to cooperate and collaborate well throughout the process, which I think is all credit to following this process (I had a taste of what the alternative might have been when I initially consulted a law firm).
I have docked one star from my evaluation because there have been a couple of small errors or miss communications, the most noticeable having been missing a threshold for court submission which delayed the process by about 4 weeks. Probably my oversight and not a big deal but there may be a small tweak that Amicable could implement to prevent others from similar mistakes.
Overall I would strongly recommend this approach to divorce.

I found Amicable online and contacted them. I arranged a call and spoke with a lady called Faith Collingand after listening I said I would leave it but the more she explained it to me the more I felt at ease so I agreed to use Amicable if Faith dealt with our case.

We only needed a finance plan putting forward to the courts.

I had done the Divorce online and was not aware you had to complete this and present it to the courts.

I had attempted this myself and never seen so many documents to fill in.

Once we got started Faith explained everything and set our Dashboard up. Faith guided us through completing all the forms that was a lot simpler than the Gov website ones.

Once we completed and signed that was it.

If we had any questions through out Faith was always available.

Yesterday I received a call from Faith saying everything had been accepted and all our documents would be in the Dashboard. There would also be hard copies sent in the post.

I had spoken with many solicitors who where just interested in selling as much as possible to you that's when I turned to Amicable.
They also spread the cost over 3 monthly payments.

I can highly recommend Fait Colling who was a very kind and caring person. And seem to have a genuine sympathy for your situation.
