My instructor Aly was wonderful. She was professional and made me feel comfortable during the test. I was a little nervous and she showed kindness that made me calm down and not feel anxious. I appreciate her handling of the test. I made a few errors and when I did, she never responded on a way to make it worse.

And the facility is always clean, and the staff is always attentive to any issues or questions that come up. We have also had to call and they are quick at answering the phones and answer questions in a kind manner.
