I bought a used Tesla from 2021 from their dealership in Greve. It is gorgeous and I love it. It is clean, no strange smells in the cabin, just perfect. A&M got the car inspected before delivery (“syn” in Danish) and I got 2 weeks of free comprehensive insurance with the car. For this I would give 5 stars, but I cannot because of the following: I signed the bill of sale on Saturday. The finance guys were not there at the time so I could not pay because nobody could make the invoice. That’s fine, but in the terms of sale it says that I would get the invoice no later than 2 days before scheduled delivery. Delivery was on Thursday. I expected the invoice on Monday. I didn’t get it. I sent an email directly to my sales representative (I don’t want to publicly name him, but if A&M want, I can give the name), got no answer. On Tuesday I called him directly, nobody picked up. I left a message, asking for the invoice, nothing happened. So I sent an email to their Customer Service - no answer. On Wednesday I called the dealership, waited for 15 minutes in queue, reached someone who put me through to their finance person. I had the invoice one hour later. There seems to be a problem with communication - it is extremely hard to reach someone. Now it’s Thursday and I got my car, but still no answer to any of my earlier emails. Anyway, this is one thing to improve - it was quite frustrating. Also, I only found out by chance from the sales representative that I am getting 2 weeks of free insurance. This was the first time I bought a car, so I don’t know if it’s just me who is not tracking or if it should be written somewhere. But I must say that the sales representative, when told that I arrived, was so kind to go to the train station to pick me up - only he misunderstood, because I was right at the dealership. But it’s a nice gesture.

Be Careful with Verbal Promises – My Experience at Andersen & Martini
I entered into a purchase agreement for a Kia Picanto 2015 at Andersen & Martini in Ballerup, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and stressful.
During the test drive, I pointed out engine noise and visible rust, but these concerns were not reflected in the written agreement despite being discussed with the sales advisor. The car also lacked cruise control, which was not mentioned before signing—a feature that was important to me.
I was quoted 10,000 DKK for tyres, with the understanding that the cost would be shared 50/50. Later I found that cheaper Goodyear all-season tyres worth around 3,100 DKK in total had been fitted, yet I was still asked to pay 5,000 DKK.
When I raised these issues, the dealership’s position changed several times—first requesting 8,000 DKK, then 5,000 DKK, and later nearly 10,000 DKK as “damages,” even though I had neither paid nor taken delivery of the car. I also received a notice from their law firm (Autobranchen Danmark) threatening legal action.
According to the contract’s own terms, a cancellation or damages fee applies only to business transactions, not private consumer purchases like mine. Routine preparations such as service or inspection cannot reasonably be treated as “damages.”
To bring the stressful situation to an end and to save my time and energy, I ultimately paid 4,000 DKKas goodwill gesture, even though I sincerely believe I had no legal obligation to do so.
Overall, I found Andersen & Martini’s handling of the matter unfair, inflexible, and unprofessional. If you decide to buy or service a car there, make sure every verbal commitment is written into the contract, as in my case these were not properly honoured.

Disappointing Experience: Poor Customer Service
We have recently visited A&M Ballerup for car repair, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The customer service was subpar, the staff seemed unsympathetic.
They have managed to fix the car in a couple of attempts though, however we had to bear the cost in terms of time, hassle and frustration.
They told us the warranty repair on our new car is a "free service", which was completely unexpected and outrageous.
I hope this feedback is helpful in making improvements and is received constructively.
