Quick response
I ordered a 10 x 20 tent with sides. When it arrived, the boxes were all ripped up and re-taped - probably by the shipping company. I set the tent up to ensure that all of the parts were there. Unfortunately, 2 poles were missing and a 3rd was damaged. I immediately contacted Alltents by email and included pictures with an explanation. They verified what was missing and sent out the missing poles and replaced the damaged pole. I received them in time for the event for which I had ordered the tent. Thank you!

The tent quality is great
The tent quality is great. I was surprised it didn't come with any tie downs other then a basic rope. I am glad I ordered a tie down kit but it should be included or noted that it is not included.
Lastly, the instructions aren't great. Just using pictures doesn't always to justice on assembly.

Order came fast, but box care extremely lacking
The order came pretty fast, but the boxes were quite tore up especially the last box. I've waited to do the review, because I just KNEW something was missing as both ends of the box were ripped open. We are missing 2 Item No. 30081. Our event is in 3 days and the forecast is rain, which is why we bought the tent. You can imagine how I'm feeling right now.

I always bought tents that are quick set ups. Always had to worry about the wind and rain. But I chose to pay more for your tent this year and will never go back to the others.

Garage tent only partially delivered
Ordering was fast and easy but only part of my order was delivered. A few emails and calls got it back on track. Still waiting for the rest of the product but it's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

The worst ever! The products are low in quality, product damaged in shipping and the customer service ignored emails and phone calls.

Packaging
The packaging was no good. Missing nuts a few bolts missing. It comes in 6 different packages all different times. The directions are in a completely different language. Other than directions packaging and missing some hardware. In the end I'm happy with my shelter it's strong and quality of the product is nice.

Very disappointed
It appears the people who are responsible are not. I have been waiting for my parts for completion since July 12 orders date. Not completed thus far. Lots of promises but no results.

I recently purchased an event tent for my wedding fits about 50 to 90 people. Couldn’t be happier. Quality was great and the assembly process was straightforward. Customer service was 10 out of 10, they helped me through every step of the way. I’ll definitely be using these guys for my next event.
