I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed. I received a request to leave a review for this product, yet I have not even received my order.

This is unacceptable. At this point, it appears that my order may be lost, and instead of providing updates or resolving the issue, I am being asked to review something I do not have.

This reflects very poorly on your company’s customer service and order management. I expect immediate clarification on the status of my order and a prompt resolution.

So helpful when we broke our tent!

I'm 7.5 months pregnant and A well-meaning friend tried to put my tent together when I was at work and forced the pieces into the wrong spot, breaking two of them!!!! I was devastated. I contacted customer support and they offered to replace the two broken poles for me. Even though it will take a few weeks, I am so incredibly grateful for their ability to support.

Hello,
The greenhouse seems big enough and wasn't to difficult to put up with two people. However, the rodes that go in the ground were missing and I have no idea what the rubber little plugs are for. Maybe they belong on the missing rodes.

I am missing pieces and received an…

I received my order and unfortunately it was missing 1 box. I contacted customer service and they immediately identified the problem and sent the package to me ASAP. I was very happy with the response of customer service and the product. I would highly recommend Alltents to anyone.

Poor quality

Shipment came half one week half the next. That may have been on fed ex so the review isn’t reflective of that fact over ten of the poles had decent dents in them which who knows if will affect the integrity of the piece itself. The tent they sent was too large for the poles they supplied I ordered the 16x33 tent which was the the canopy I received but didnt have the poles to support it. The quality of the poles are laughable I recently ordered same size tent for similar price and the poles were twice as thick and everything was there to assemble the tent I ordered. So I should have just stuck with the original company my fault. I emailed this company already expressing my discontent and as of yet haven’t heard anything. But I appreciate the opportunity to review your product to sum it up It sucks it’s cheap and incomplete. Spend $50 or 100$ more from the other companies and it will serve you well in the end.

Only part of a trnt

This company has not responded to our request to complete our purchase. We are still missing several parts from the tent order and they have ghosted us on getting us the required parts. We will be seeking a refund

Great pop up

This was a very easy and well explained online purchase of the 10 x 15 pop up canopy, premium . Once both packages arrived we set out to for the initial setup. With just two of us setting up, we found this to be incredibly easy. The break down was as easy, with the folding of the canopy taking a little time but nothing worth complaining about. The next test will be two weeks at Ocracoke campground NC

Assembly

Assembly is very complicated, astep by step video would help. Instructions are generic for all Jasmime models. Also would help to have parts consecutive to assembly. Foundation parts were found in all 3 parts boxes. Then if buying foundation, have Instructions specific to that purchase. Would I recommend- No.
