I ordered your fresh bags special of 5 bags over a month ago and still have not received my order. I feel like I have been ripped off, if I don't receive my order this week I'm going to cancel my order and report them to the BBB. Very frustrated and upset, was really looking forward to trying this product.

We ordered five of the air Joy bags and that was approximately 3 weeks ago they were supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days and they are still waiting to be received at USPS in San Diego the only thing that's been done is a label has been made we live in Indiana. We were told five business days ago that it would be a rush delivery and yet we still have no movement as far as the tracking goes. We would love to try the product but we can't even get it to our house.

I still have not received this package. I usually do not order this way, as it almost always ends with my paying for merchandise that I did not receive. I was hoping this would not happen, but it has, and I want my money back that I paid to my credit card for merchandise I did not receive. I'm sorry, I really wanted to receive this product.

I order this over two weeks ago and do not have the product to give a review. Furthermore I would not send a review if you can't confirm delivery of customers' merchandise or product. Still in limbo some where.

Airfoil air purifying bags are a lifesaver for my home leaving me with clean purified air. They help prevent dampness and mold. They help prevent viral infections.

Being very honest, I have the product, but have not opened the package. I’m not ready to use the product just yet. I don’t have any concerns about it, because I have ordered this before and used it with good results. Sorry I can’t help more with pertinent juicy details, but I can’t.

I ordered the first week in May. I have yet received my order . I didn’t sign up for all the emails I am now receiving.

Great product, it took a strong scent out of my bathroom, and I had tried everything , but this product gave me relief in a few hours, and now it smell great,I will purchase more of airjol, buy the product it works

I have only had the bags for a few days and it takes care of smells very well.

My mom used these bags of greatest. So I knew of them. I recently ordered them because my closet was not smelling as fresh as it should. Received order in a few days put the product in place and all is good.

Still have not received my order after waiting over a month.

I placed the bags around the house and the odors have disappeared! This is wonderful as I have two dogs!! Highly recommend!!

Thank you for asking. I still have not received my order of air purifying bags (AirJoi Natural charcoal odor absorbers.) I would appreciate your follow up on this matter to determine why I have not received my order.

The AirJoi product arrived in less than a week and they are working great. I have placed one in each of our cars and bedrooms. There is no order from them but I think they are working because we are sleeping better.
