My eSim would not load when I first got it. Contacted Airhub and Jacob MV helped. He fixed the problem quickly.

Good prices and excellent service. I always choose airhub when going to the USA. I can definitely recommend it.

I used AirHub worldwide (Brazil, USA, UK, Australia,...) about 8times. Always reliable connections at fair pricing. Most time it works without issues. Once I had not get the QR code, I contacted Service via the chat and got answered in 3 min. Resending QR code. Issue solved in 5min.
Great service.
Will stay with AirHub, as service is most important to me.

Got to the UK and was ok-ish. The reception in most places was very sub-expectation considering we were in London (30-day unlimited UK plan). My partner's company roaming worked better. Then we got to Ireland, and I bought a specific SIM for there (Ireland 12GB data only 30 days). I turned off my UK SIM as we left and turned on the Ireland SIM after we landed and were in the baggage collection area. No connection at all. Once we landed, I followed the instructions to move to the eSim I had loaded before arrival. Left it for 3 hours hoping it would connect and was just taking some time. Still nothing.
Tried to contact their support and got absolutely NO response at all. Not for the whole 6 days we were there. Also tried again after we got back to Australia and again COMPLETE SILENCE- no response, not acknowledgement.
Before leaving and deciding on which international eSIM provider to go with I read a number of "reviews" aka blogs before deciding to go with AirHub - but given my experience was so vastly different seem they are more a marketing tool than a genuine review. Might even suggest they got to try the premium service for free and were tagged at AirHub as such.
We have used Airalo before who were great - just didn't quite have what I was looking for this this trip - but next time we will go straight back there even if need to go for a more expensive pack.
Will NEVER risk AIRHUB again - having no connection for 6 days and worse, no support was appalling.

It was very helpfull for me and my family. We needed an E-sim and this side was very helpfull to find one. It was a perfect service they answer very fast you dont need to wait long.

Would rate it 5 stars if after each top up I wasn't obliged to contact support to ask for a refresh of my line so I can keep using internet. However, would like to highlight the kind and professional support from Jacob MV.

I don't recommend it to anyone. I'll briefly describe my experience with AirHub.

I bought an eSIM 300GB Europe.

The transaction and activation went smoothly. Initial tests revealed problems with the transfer speed. The service is activated with a 3 Mbps upload/download speed limit... so we can forget about a fast connection right away.

The situation worsened after a week. Regardless of the country or network connected, the speed limit was changed to 1 Mbps upload/download. After another two days, even 1 Mbps was no longer achievable. 0.5-0.6 Mbps isn't even enough for browsing the web.

Customer service and technical support are limited to instructions for manually selecting the operator and APN settings. The same instructions are repeated several times (and are otherwise difficult to read).
so if you are looking for a large data package and a stable connection, stay away from airhub.

Air hub provides the best value for esim data for me in Canada using the North America region 30 day plan. I have had some issues getting the esim to connect to my local carrier but when this happens customer service is right there to help me. Recently Kumar problem solved a esim that I hadn't activated properly. I definitely recommend their service!
