Bought an unlimited package of data and calls for USA before my trip. Payment and installation worked fine after scanning the QR code in the received mail.
The activation worked when arriving in the USA but took about 10 minutes to activate!
I had problem with low speed 1MB down and 1MB up and made a bad review, but decided to contact support. Fantastic support and in 10 minutes i had 950MB down and 150MB up. Now i have to delete the bad review in shame! Moral of the story, give support a chance before complaining. They are fantastic. I am sure many bad reviews are from people that never even contacted support to get help. Anyway, Recommend and will use every time i travel from now on..

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience with Airhub eSim. I believe it is essential to share this information to prevent others from having a similar experience.
Furthermore, I purchased an eSim from this company, which has unfortunately not worked since the time of purchase. Despite numerous attempts to reach your customer service team over the past five months, I have faced continued difficulties, including unresponsive support and a lack of acknowledgment of my emails and chats.
Recently, I finally managed to speak with a representative who claimed that no record of my communication exists, despite my retaining all screenshots of our chats and emails, along with generated ticket IDs for my inquiries. This situation raises significant concerns about this company's customer service practices.
Additionally, I requested a refund for the non-functional product, and while I was informed that a refund could be initiated, I was told that it could not include the most recent payment due to some unexplained systemic issue. I find it perplexing that your system is capable of processing payments but cannot facilitate refunds.
I have complied with all consumer rights guidelines in allowing sufficient time for resolution, but given the lack of action on your part, I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint. I feel compelled to warn potential customers about my experience to ensure they do not fall victim to what appears to be a systematic issue within Airhub eSim.

Don’t use Airhub! Absolute scammers! They have taken $30 of my money and after 24 hours still have not provided me with the service I purchased. They have refused to provide me with a complaints process and ignored my requests for a refund. They send you repeat instructions that do not work and keep stringing you along with “we assure you your issue is being addressed our team is working on it” and then do absolutely nothing. So I am $30 poorer and have no service or it seems any recourse
UPDATE: only got them to agree to refund once I posted this review and sent them a screenshot - suddenly they could action the refund but asked me to update my review. No refund was forthcoming so I messaged them again. They said once I took down my review they would refund me! I told them that blackmail was not a very professional business model, they came back and apologised and finally refunded me. Never again!

The ESim i bought didnt show a qr code, with the assistance of the operator Christina J. It was solved in a matter of seconds, amazing.
Delays, Misleading Product Info, and a Frustrating Refund Process
I bought two 33GB eSIMs for the Philippines and they were completely unusable — SMART required local‑resident documents, which Airhub never mentioned. Support ignored my ticket for 17 days, then claimed they had replied (they hadn’t) and even leaked another customer’s email in a screenshot.
After weeks of excuses and delays, they only offered a 50% refund for a service that never worked at all.
Unreliable service, misleading info, and very poor support.
