My mistake was to order before reviewing other shoppers comments here on Trust pilot. Its Really annoying that I had bought the pillow as a birthday gift on 14 March for a 2 business day delivery date. Only got a response yesterday which was after the expected delivery date that they were out of stock. I have been told new stock is coming in on the 20th March. I hop I get the pillow a few days after the 20th.
Please be honest on your website that you are out of stock. You are dealing with real people’s emotions and relationships here.

Ordered my dual pillow x 2 for myself and my partner and haven’t received any updates whatsoever about where my order is. I am going to request a refund next week, as I used my credit card and they cover for not receiving items I have purchased and poor customer service!

Dishonest communication and unacceptable delays for a £200+ order
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aeyla/Foamo. I placed an order worth over £200, only to be met with complete radio silence regarding significant delays.
When I finally chased them up, the company claimed they had sent an update to my email explaining a stock shortage. This is categorically false. No such email was ever sent. Despite my formal request for timestamped proof of this alleged communication, the company has failed to provide any evidence, leading me to believe they are being intentionally' misleading about their failure to notify customers.
According to their latest update, stock won't even arrive until the 25th of March—weeks after the promised timeframe. For a premium-priced product, the customer service is basement-level. They attempted to resolve a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the distress caused by offering a measly entry into a "raffle."
I have requested a fair partial refund for the inconvenience and the lack of transparency, but they are stalling with inadequate offers. If you value your money and expect honest communication, stay away from this company. I am now at the point of canceling my order entirely as they seem more interested in keeping my money than providing a professional service.
Pros: None so far.
Cons: Dishonest communication, long delays, poor compensation, and failure to provide proof of service.

2 Weeks and nothing delivered, no updates and nothing from Aeyla. I ordered a pillow 2 weeks ago and have received no updates from Aeyla on its whereabouts, nor have I received what I ordered.

Be warned- this company is advertising products they don’t have in stock.
I placed my order AEYLA138428 on Feb 24th following an ad on social media, and received confirmation that my order has been accepted. The following day I receive an email saying they are out of stock and I’ll need to wait 3 weeks before my order dispatched.
Today I’ve contacted them for an update and they advise I will now have to wait until 30th March before these pillows are restocked at their warehouse, then probably another 4 days at least until delivered. Making this pretty much a 6 week wait.
I appreciate these are popular, but what frustrates me so much is that they are advertising these products (still) even though there’s a 5 week wait until stock is replenished- yet they’re social media adds and their website give no indication of this. Their website still state delivery within 5 days, there’s no indication that they don’t have stock- but then why would they, that would put people off ordering! This is exactly the kind of marketing and trade activity that needs to be stamped out.
It is not lawful practice to advertise products online with an offer if the product is unavailable, yet Aeyla doesn’t seem to care about “bait advertising “
So, unless you want to wait 5/6 weeks for a pillow. I would shop elsewhere.
One plus, they reply to emails quite quickly (but copy and paste templates seem to be the name of the game)

Placed an order for two pillows 31st jan at the cost of £101 as of the 11th March still not received. Unhappy that when order placed delivery was 2-3 days then email to say Match 18th before thy get stock in.
Been in touch numerous times now and still no estimated delivery date. This seems to be a standard with this company take payment and no goods keep you hanging on for months.
Was refunded £2.99 postage and entered into a prize draw for the inconvenience.

My first purchase was the dual pillow which arrived in 2 days and it’s the most comfortable pillow ever. Then I bought the bamboo bedding set, arrived in 4 days, it’s very soft and comfortable. I’m a little disappointed that it’s only 35% bamboo but it is super comfortable.

Took a few months slowly trying to get used to the pillow. Very disappointing. Fluffed up before sleeping. Went very flat after a few hours. Had to keep fluffing it up throughout the night. Due to the flatness, I had a trapped nerve in my neck., causing pain, and discomfort.
I contacted support to see what I could add to the pillow to keep it more firm, the suggestion from Aeyla team , was to repeat fluffing the pillow when needed throughout the night. I was already doing this. For the price I would definitely say it should at least hold its shape while you sleep.

I made a stupid mistake in ordering 5 pillows instead of one.
The customer service were amazing. When I explained the problem with in 12 hours it was all sorted.
Order was edited and money was being returned and they were sending the one pillow.
I wish all other companies would care for their customers like this.

We did wait a little longer for our pillows but were kept informed, they came very well packaged. I tried one out of the two just incase but unfortunately I found them a little too high. I contacted Aeyla and they gave me a full refund. As I have used the pillow they told me to give it to a local shelter.
I am really sorry that I didn't get on with the pillows as they were beautifully made and I received excellent customer service.

Still waiting on delivery but was given a date when ordered, thats not a problem. Contacted on 2 occasions with questions, once before ordering and once after, my replies were both very friendly and very helpful responses and my email reply was very prompt in coming.

I bought two foamo pillows - took about 25% of filling from one of them. perfect pillow now and easy to remove filling and not messy. One gives me the support I need to read in bed and the other is perfect for sleeping. Since then I've ordered a duvet set - soft, silky, comfortable. So good I've just ordered another set. Everything is beautifully made and finished. I see some people suffered from delivery delays, happily this didn't happen with my orders. I was kept informed and the delivery was smooth and efficient.

As seems to be a recurring theme, delivery was prolonged from order but we had other pillows so no great hardship.
We slept on the pillows for the first time last night, speaking for myself, I got the best night's sleep I've had in many months, to the point where I didn't wake up before my alarm, and cursed it when it did go off.
I'm a sceptic when it comes to reviews, thinking people could be paid to write glowing reviews, but I assure you, no incentives were offered. I am not easily sold to and I tend to not believe hype, so dont take my word for it, purchase your own, wait for however long for delivery (its worth the wait), and try for yourself. Sleep tight...I Do!

I ordered my pillow and I was extremely pleased with it.
The outer cover is so soft yet cool on the skin and it has great support for your head and neck. I was suffering badly with neck and shoulder pain for months, hence the purchase of this wonderful pillow. It has cured my aches, and I can genuinely say I have been sleeping better. I’ve bought other pillows a lot cheaper but they did not work. This pillow stays plump but moulds to your head and neck and it honestly feels incredible laying your head on. I’ve never experienced a pillow like it. Yes it may seem pricey but it’s definitely worth the money and it’s unique. Plus the outer cover comes off to wash easily. The cover is sumptuous and washes great. Fits straight back on like new.
I did have to wait a short time on delivery, but I was kept in the loop about this and I can honestly say the pillows are that good, that no wonder stock sells out quickly. Customer service are amazing. They are straight back to you and no fuss. They are honestly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are 5 ⭐️ If all shopping experiences were like this we would all be stress free in the shopping online front! I will 100% recommend the pillows. Thanks Aeyla 🙏
