These guys are brilliant, so knowledgeable and explain things in a way you can understand. The Video hub has been an invaluable source of information for me & I’ve attended a couple of workshops too. They are genuinely nice guys - they want you to develop a deeper knowledge & understanding, to be the best you can be so you can get the best out of your learners & put safer drivers on the road. Highly recommend.

Brilliant course in South Queensferry with Mick & Lee, lovely venue, great bunch of people to learn with & the lunch was delish!
All the training Mick & Lee deliver is very professional & easy to pick up. The content is excellent for ADIs, PDI’s & our pupils will benefit enormously. I’ve done quite a few Zoom courses & like those the face to face course was great.. very enjoyable! Can’t wait to try the things I’ve learned.
Would definitely recommend any courses by Mick & Lee… worth every penny! 👍

Great training day in Dundee with Mick and Lee. In particular it explained the scaling model in detail which helps with my lesson structure and planning . It also involves the client much more through detail questioning. The types of questioning was also great in helping with the teaching and learning strategies. Well done guys , SMOOTH operators!

The training provided by Mick and Lee supported not only my own development but will certainly support my learners in their journey. The course I attended gave me confidence in what I already know and things I can adapt my practice for the better.

Video hub what they offered is one of the best in industry. I spend hours watching YouTube and believe me is nothing compared to this what you can benefit from this short video and advice. Also I attended 3SS zoom training with Mick and Lee just an evening before my part 3 and Scored 40 on my part 3 test. Thank you for all and keep doing fantastic job

Recently attended Edge-CCellence 2 day in car workshop, would highly recommend this for anyone looking to further their coaching skills and being able to dig deeper. A fresh take learning with presentation based learning, added in with in car role play learning.

I went to one of Lee & Mick's CCL & SC Workshops recently as I have just started on my Pink Licence. Both have a wealth of knowledge that they pass on in a way that really engages you. I am already putting what I learnt into practice so thank you both!

It is no surprise that they have won an award for their training - my only advice is that they should mention this occasionally ;-)

A well presented course run by knowledgeable presenters. Good interaction and a resource pack/workbook so you don’t have to write it all down.
Highly recommended for PDI and ADI

I was with a big national company and felt I needed more training so reached out to Mick and joined one of Mick and Lees online sessions, afterwards Mick reached out and told me about the training hub (thank god), it's been a godsend. I also benefited form a 1-2-1 incar training session with Mick which was invaluable. This is such an amazing community Mick advised getting intouch with another local trainer (he even recommended someone near where I live), I did and because of Mick, Lee and Andy I am now a fully qualified ADI. Thank you

So today I PASSED my Part 3. It was my 2nd attempt. After failing my 1st attempt I knew had to get better training. I contacted Mick at KNOWLEDGEABLEE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING and we arranged 2 x 1-2-1 in car training days. I also attended a CCL Workshop which in invaluable. Both Mick and Lee offer a wealth of information and provide a superb service. If you want to pass your Part 3 or Standards Check, do not hesitate in booking an in car session. Mick and Lee travel all over the country to help people like me. Their workshops are dotted all over the country so can be easily reached even if you have to travel a little distance. DO IT, get the training you WANT & NEED !!

I attended a CCL, Standards Check & Part 3 workshop yesterday in Maidstone Kent.
Thankfully Mick & Lee travel up & down the country!….so I was able to attend one of these amazing workshops local to me.
I cannot express enough how incredible the course was & the training from these guys is spot on. The way it’s delivered , the content, the way they encourage you to think outside the box, the factual knowledge, the support, honestly, I have never had training like it from any other platform since I became a PDI
I had my first attempt at my part 3 this morning & I passed!!! But I couldn’t have done it without Mick & Lee.
I thoroughly recommend KIT training workshops, their video hub, one to one training (I had this with Mick in July) ANYTHING that these guys provide is well worth attending if your serious about this industry & want to be the best you can be.

Mick And Lee provided top class courses from there classroom workshops to the videos they provide. They are both at the very top of their profession.

Attended the standards check workshop in Manchester. Course was extremely informative and useful for any PDI’s ready for their part 3 as well as ADI’ s expecting the brown letter any time soon.
Even though I already use a ccl approach, still found many useful techniques I can incorporate into my lessons. So will see how that goes shortly.
If you could change one thing on the day, I would say some interactive sessions with the trainers to show how things play out better. I don’t think it really worked in the group sessions as well as it could have done.
Would definitely recommend attending, you will certain,y gain something from this.

I am now the proud owner of a KIT mug 😀 after a great day of 1-2-1 training with Mick Knowles. Mick encouraged me to dig deeper with pupils thought process and went into detail with risk management and provided real in-depth training. As well as being friendly and calm Mick was very encouraging and professional. I am now looking forward to putting everything into practise. I would highly recommend 1-2-1 training to anyone thinking about it. Thank you Mick hope you had a safe journey home.

Attended an Instructor Training day hosted by Mick and Lee in Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I found them and the course really engaging. I finally feel I have started to get my head around what Client Centred Learning actually means!
The content felt rooted in the real world, rather than feeling I needed to jump through certain hoops or churn out certain phrases that don’t often feel relevant.
I look forward to using these techniques in my upcoming lessons. Cheers Guys!

I attended this workshop when it became clear that my existing training was not sufficient to progress to a suitable standard.
This training was delivered in way which was easy to understand. Mick & Lee were helpful and friendly throughout and were always keen to ensure that the built on the positive information that you already knew, as well as filling in my many gaps.

Equally important is the continued supported and training available post workshop.
I am now a much stronger position to tackle my up and coming part 3 test.
