Space Business Centres - Cheltenham and Gloucester Reviews 

DO NOT RENT FROM SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE!!!
Having rented a number of units over many many years.
We had to vacate due to covid
At the end of March We emailed the asked for one month notice in writing. PLUS gave verbal confirmation of leaving to Toni the site manager just before she left on furlough.
We left the unit clean and in excellent condition and put the keys with a note through Toni’s Closed office letter box.
That was at the end of April.
Toni and The management Of space business have refused to repay our £1000 deposit on the grounds that Toni didn’t return To work till June and as we didnt date the note we left with the key we should still pay rent till June. So no refund! AT ALL !!!
Do Not trust these people they are unprofessional CROOKS!
We called management about this problem and they have IGNORED our complaint.

We have been an owner of a unit on Cheltenham Space Business Centre for a number of years. Toni manages Space Business Centre with an abundance of professionalism and care. Any issues should they arise you can be assured that they are going to be managed and dealt with little impact on your buisness. This was very refreshing for us as we have had some bad experiences in the past.

Great service and very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The site is very well maintained and secure and the units are perfect, suitable for office or small warehouse. Checking in was easy and painless. I would highly recommend.

The help we received from Toni on the Cheltenham site was very much appreciated. Toni gave us a tour of the site and facilities which are truly impressive. We were also given additional business information and guidance.

Toni contacted us by telephone to explain how the lockdown affected us and directed us to help for our business.

We are looking forward to operating from the site and working with Space Business Centres, and of course a Toni, the site manager.

Happened to stumble across SBC Gloucester when looking for a premises for my new start-up business. The site manager Toni has been absolutely fantastic, and has gone above and beyond all expectations. The site is well-maintained with a real sense of community, and has a great little selection of businesses. I am due to move in next month and looking forward to being a part of SBC!

I have been working with Toni Willoughby reference Space Business Centre, Quedgeley, we currently have had a smaller unit at this site for over 2 years and we have now expanded into a larger unit on this site.
This is a well kept facility and the cooperation and communication was excellent from the site manager Toni.

Space Business Centre has made my start up business possible, there are no hidden fees or silly maintenance charges. My unit is small enough so I don’t have to pay crippling business rates and the rent is very affordable. I’ve been with Space Business Centre for just over a year now and I have never had any issues and the staff are always able to help straight away!

Absolutly first class, genuine and understanding service.

Space Business Park has excellent facilities and we feel that our business is cared for and secure at all times. Toni, our Site Manager is always helpful, friendly and shows a real interest in our business and the others on the park and is great at helping us feel like a close community. We’re really happy there and hope that The Flower Man will remain at the site for a long time to come.

Facilities are great for my pt studio and the support provided by Toni is first class :)

We have had a great time at Space Business Centre.  The people in the units we work near are always friendly, and Toni has been a great help throughout our time here. Nothing is to much hassle and she will always go out of her way to help you wherever she can.

We relocated our warehouse to Space in January having been shown around the site by Toni, I had great confidence in her and the estate. We loved the idea of the security knowing our business was being monitored and patrolled especially while we are not there. The paperwork and moving in process was seamless and easy, any maintenance questions and wifi installation was speedy and efficient. We have settled in well and gotten to know our neighbours. We are in the process of moving to a larger unit on-site as we love being here but need a little more floor space. We've definitely made the right decision moving our business to Space as it provides everything we need and more!

Very quick to reply to any enquiries or needs, she definitely makes you feel like a part of the family and not bisiness. She goes above and beyond to ensure that us (occupants) are happy in our units Always excited to see us being successful.

We've been with Space Business Centre, Gloucester for nearly a year and we're extremely happy with the service they continue to provide us.

We found the perfect unit for our business on a fantastic site and at an affordable price for our business. Before finding our unit we had visited many others around the Gloucester area and nothing came close to Space Business Centre on VALUE FOR MONEY.

We have a great relationship with our site manager Toni who is on hand at the site when required. Toni has been incredibly helpful and accommodation since our move in day and she continues to help us and our business where she can.
