Pick n mix for fasteners
Its an on-line pick n mix for "fasteners" like nuts and bolts etc. Aladdins cave for Engineers :-) Just pick what you want and the qty and it will soon be in your hands with a fast delivery. Quality of the products is 1st class.

If I could give more stars I would.
I made an order. When it came, I measured it and it measured the wrong dimensions. They kindly resent the order. Again my micrometer showed it was wrong, They sent a third shipment. Only then did we determine that I was measuring it wrong! My micrometer was not zeroing correctly. MY FAULT.
I was treated with respect and kindness throughout. This is unheard of in today's world.
I am VERY impressed.

International shipping was a problem:
International shipping was a problem:
The ordered item was held by customs for 1 week because of miscommunication between ACCU and FedEx about import description to classify commodity.
In addition to the clearance delay, I was charged $20 of storage fees by FedEx and a $15 disbursement Fee
(Custom duty was only $2.35)
In my communications with ACCU, they claimed FedEx mishandled their email.
In any case of responsibility--ACCU's or FedEx's, the former did nothing to help me with the additional expenses assessed by the latter, which reflects unprofessional customer relations in addition to a demonstration of inexperience for international shipping.
The response from ACCU brings nothing new and again, if what they say is true, they should have tried to get the $20 storage fee cancelled.
Looking at the one star ratings by others, this is not the first time ACCU is both incompetent and poor in customer retention.
Update from ACCU:
"After carrying out a full investigation into what happened, I believe we could have handled your order much better. I’ve shared feedback with everyone involved to help ensure this doesn’t happen again.
As a gesture of apology, I’ve refunded your order in full ($xx.yy). I’ve also added 3 months of complimentary AccuPro to your account, which entitles you to unlimited free express deliveries for the next three months.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right. We hope to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Bad International Delivery
The order was on 5 Jun. By 25 Jun, Fedex reported it was being returned to shipper, reason given as "Undeliverable". At no time was Accu able to provide any delivery estimate, or information as to its whereabouts. Sorry to say, Accu does not do shipments to the USA reliably.
