I decided to go with Acacia for my Level 5 Diploma in People Management off of recommendations from friends/colleagues. Natalie answered all of my questions and made the enrollment process seamless. Looking forward to getting started!

I was lucky enough to be enrolled by Natalie. She put me at ease in regards to my questions going into the course as i am going in at level 7 , but with a lot of experience within L&D which I’m also working In still.

I made my payment yesterday and lots of stuff is already through so I can start planning my journey back into academia.

I first came across Acacia Learning when I completed my CIPD Level 3, which is why I decided I would like to enroll on my CIPD Level 5 with them. I had a great onboarding experience from the course advisor Natalie. I initially requested information about the course 2 months ago and Natalie was always available and answered all my queries.

The support from the course advisor, Natalie, was superb. I have initially inquired 2 months back and she answered all my queries well. I was looking for the best option for me for a learning provider so it took me months to come back to Natalie, until I decided on what course and continue with Acacia Learning. I was hesitant at first in continuing with Acacia as I read some negative reviews regarding the learning journey, but right now, I am about to start my first module, and so far, everything was smooth and good. So I am hoping it would continue well. But so far, I'm happy. I will update my review regarding the actual module learning experiences once I have it experienced first hand. Thank you to Natalie for guiding my enrollment, though. Kudos to Natalie!

Natalie was exceptionally helpful during the whole enrolment process! Our initial phone call was informative, positive and she sold the course/experience really well, in a way that answered all my questions and just left me excited to get started! I was lucky to sign up during the period my course was running at a discounted rate and Natalie kept in touch whilst I waited for sign-off from my organisation to fund it. She was super responsive over emails and helped me get enrolled straight away once I returned the relevant paperwork from my organisation. I am really grateful for all her help and am really excited to be studying again :)! B

Natalie was very helpful and very prompt in dealing with my case. She went as far as explaining the timetable to me as I did not understand how it worked. She was so polite and went extra miles to process my application.

I found Acacia learning's courses to be more flexible and more frequent than other providers. Very happy to recommend them.

I approached Acacia back in January enquiring about a course and Natalie very kindly helped me back then however I did not enroll. I re-enquired back in September and natalie remembered me from January and helped me with any question that I have.
