Both my parents purchased armchairs from here with lots of help and brilliant assistance from Mark. Very lovely and pleasant chap that made it so much easier for them to make the right choice. We visited Ableworld Hanley for the first time two days ago, to look at. Mobility Scooters for myself.
We parked on their car park and were greeted by Dawn. She would have been happy to let us browse, but I wanted advice so we chatted about what I was looking for . She showed us a lovely pavement scooter, which was just the right size and very reasonably priced. I had a try on it around the shop and on the car park. After deciding this was the one I wanted, she slowly went
through how to dismantle it to put in the car if needed. She explained all about the battery etc I felt reassured how easy it was. I decided to have the breakdown cover as an added reassurance. Dawn said she was at the end of the phone for any queries. I paid and she loaded it into the car. I am delighted with it and delighted with the service I received.

Would like to thank Mark and the team at joiners square, Stoke on Trent, for all their help. I am a landlord at a local pub and we had bought a second hand mobility scooter for a customer which we had problems with. They quickly tested the batteries for us and charged them identifying the problem for us. Nothing was too much trouble and as a result i will always recommend them to anyone who may need their assistance. 5 star service

I always receive terrific customer service from the Hanley Team. They are well informed about the products and give sound advice. Recently I was looking for a specific hand rail that would clamp onto the side of the bath, but I couldn’t find one. However The Hanley Team did track one down, for which I was extremely grateful .

A massive thank you to Dawn at the Hanley (Stoke-On-Trent) store. We needed an electric bed & chair for my mum to come and live with us once discharged from hospital following a fall

Visited the store yesterday in Hanley with my 91 year old father in law to purchase a mobility scooter. The service was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful, explaining all the various scooters available ensuring that we chose the correct one. The whole process was a very pleasant experience and on the way home my father in law commented on how much he had enjoyed his visit to the store. Well done to all the staff in store

I went looking for a walking aid for my 79 year old father at AbleWorld in Stoke- On-Trent. The level of advice and service from a guy called Mark was excellent.

Came into the shop to get my arm from my Mobility scooter repaired. Mark who served me went out of his way to repair it.Thank you so much

Good afternoon visited ableworld again today to purchase a new mobility scooter which we viewed few week ago,as there was a delay in my new car being delivered I needed my new scooter so went to shop again in Hanely stoke on trent to se if new one would go into the car I have, mark sales manger was excellent showed me how to strip it down, it went into boot of my car with ease great I was able to remove it and refit it together, so I have purchased it ready for my hols I would like to thank Mark + dawn for there cooperation and help and members of staff first time around.

We visited the Stoke on Trent store today to purchase a Mobility scooter for my Wife. We pre ordered the scooter so it was ready for when we arrived. The Staff as always were really professional and helpful but the best part of the visit were the lovely cakes, made for us by the wonderful Dawn, the lady who served us. Thank you Dawn. My wife loves her new scooter, so a huge thank you to Ableworld.
