I bought 5.11's TAC Operator ALS Backpack 35L to use as my work backpack working as a stage lighting technichian. This might sound like a weird product choice, but as I broke multiple backpacks over the years due to rough handling and heavy loads, I decided to go for a tactical backpack this time. The TAC Operator ALS caught my attention as it is equipped with a brilliant set of quickly accessible pockets and pouches, making it easy to stash everything from a claw hammer to USB adaptors in it while still finding everything quickly. The product quality appears to be superior, both the materials and stitching appear to be designed to last a lifetime. I'm really excited to see how well the backpack does it's job over the next few years.
My only suggestion to 5.11 would be to concider adding a product video to the backpacks, as all the little details about the pack could use some moving pictures to show them off.
Deliverly time from Sweden to germany took only 3 days, packaging was excellent as well.

Low quality services, I ordered a backpack and a tactical belt and even today I did not receive the order, although the money was taken from the account, I tried to contact a person in charge and no one answered. I also requested the refund of the amount of money and I still did not receive an answer. I do not recommend.

Very bad marketing to indicate the discount price but you have to guess which size and color. This only damages the company's reputation. Also, since the product is made in CHINA, the quality has decreased and the sizes often do not match.
