I must start off by saying the Carpet is beautiful. Very soft and plush. Everything was great until they got my money. I should’ve known better. I won’t give specific names of people to respect privacy. The sales rep is or I should say was great. Now that the job is done, I’ve made attempts to communicate with him on numerous occasions. Several texts have gone ignored. I also was put in touch with the local manager in the area who contacted me on the day of install. Gave me his information and told me to reach out anytime. Also contacted him and my text went ignored. I paid $8000 for 600 ft.² of carpet and was left with no extra. Not even a small section. I have never had this happen before when I have got carpet installed in the past. I’m always left with a small amount. I have a section of my carpet that needs to be replaced… Mind you it is my fault not their fault. I am willing to pay to have this done and I need a quote to have it done. I’m going on three weeks with no communication. I also have a section of the carpet that needs to be stretched and tightened down between the break in the kitchen and living room that I feel was not installed correctly. I received a phone call from somebody out of I believe the corporate office in Georgia reassuring me that somebody would contact me to set a time to come out to my house to look at it. Another five days has passed and still zero communication. I still have about 3000 ft.² left of carpet to replace. We have gone elsewhere and will not be utilizing them for the future. I don’t love nor appreciate the service that was provided. I also don’t love not leaving positive reviews. But I think it’s important to understand that once they take your deposit, they will respond and answer you immediately. Once they show up on the job and you pay them for the 50% remaining before the job even starts, just prepare to not have the great service you got when they were trying to sell you the job. Perhaps someone will see this and reach out and if they do, I have no issues updating my review. At this point, I don’t have any other options other than to wait for them to call me or consider ripping out all of this new carpet and starting over. Very disappointed but understand this is a lesson learned for myself for future business.

We signed a Contract to have luxury vinyl flooring installed on 10/26/22. We paid them $8,000 to install the luxury vinyl flooring. A few weeks later contractors came out and installed the flooring. A several months later the contractor had to come back to replace damaged flooring due to installation. On 5/23/25 I contacted 50 Flooring due to vinyl planks splitting and I talked with a Representative from 50 Flooring. Representative informed me to send her some pictures of the damaged flooring, and I sent the Representative pictures of the damaged flooring on 5/28/25. After waiting a month I contacted the Representative again and she stated it would take 45-90 days. In September the Representative stated she hadn't heard from the Claims department from the Manufacturer. I contacted the Representative again in November and December of 2025. The Representative still hadn't heard anything about my claim. Then the Representative told me that the manufacturer had changed their claims department to another Vendor. Finally I heard from 50 Floors on 2/10/26 informing me that my claim was denied. When we purchased the flooring the Salesman informed us the luxury vinyl flooring had a lifetime warranty. Evidently this was false and very misleading. 50 Flooring doesn't stand by the products and services. Be ware of this company

Quick and easy and no work for us. The process was so simple and all we had to do was choose the color and the rest was a breeze. They moved our furniture for us and installed the new carpet in one day.took care of clean up and were respectful and clean. We Will definitely use this company again and refer others .

Carpet looks great. Work crew communicated prior to arrival, arrived on time, and finished the quality work in a very timely manner. Put everything back almost exactly as it was prior to the install.

The salesman did not pressure me at all and was patient as we struggled back and forth to pick the right color flooring.
The installers were amazing. They moved all of my furniture with a smile.
And, im so happy with the final product.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent over $10k getting my floors done. I was first under the impression that I would be getting the lock in vinyl plank. When the contractors arrived and began working I saw that they were using a glue down vinyl. When calling the manager to try to get clarification on the flooring I was met with a bad attitude as if I were bothering him. Nevertheless I allowed them to use the glue down because they already removed all the carpet and tile.
I was sold on the fact that this flooring had a lifetime warranty for scratches and water. The flooring was supposed to be waterproof. Less than 90days after completion I had a water pipe leak in my home and the flooring started coming up. When contacting Jane Clevinger to enforce the warranty I was met with nothing but excuses about why the warranty didn’t apply to me and with another warranty that I never received or knew about. She also could provide any proof that I’ve even seen this new warranty. And told me that the warranty advertised on their site didn’t apply to me.
All I requested was to have a few spaces repaired, not the whole house. I even asked if they could give me a couple boxes so that my contractor could make the repairs. All I need is 4-5 boxes. Jane’s response was led by having me spend more money with them. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!
Update: I just wanted to give an update to my previous review. After writing a one star review I received a call from Stephanie, Operations Manager. I made her aware of the situation just as I did with Jane, Administrative Assistant that is in charge of handling the Warranty. Stephanie informed me that they weren’t going to honor the warranty. She basically repeated what Jane told me about the other warranty that I was never made aware of by the sales person Ed Petersen, and then proceeded to offer me to purchase the flooring.
After speaking with Stephanie I received a call from Jason Greening, Regional Vice President of 50Floors. Again having to explain the situation and speaking of business ethics and integrity. Jason wanted me to purchase more flooring. He then claimed to be giving a discount. However, through extensive research I not only found other retailers who sold the product, but also the original manufacturer of the flooring, and the price given was in-fact not a big discount. I found this interesting because I was made to believe that only 50Floors carried this product. It was also mentioned in both phone calls that he was calling to try to get my one star review removed/ changed and that they value their customers.
My personal opinion from the overall experience is that I will never recommend this company. They in fact don’t value their customers and only care about making money. In regard to the so called life time warranty, there really isn’t one. I highly encourage everyone to not waste their money. After having a contractor come to my home, they pointed out some of the poor workmanship in other areas of the flooring I missed at the completion of installation. My one star review will remain.
