I NEED MY MONEY BACK, Terrible store

Terrible store, I will never buy anything from 4MURS again.

I need to receive payment through your office 4MURS Mechelen. I have been waiting for my refund since November and so far I have not received anything. I've called 20 times about this, and they say something different every time.

I have spoken to Kelly the manager and Thomas, they promised a few times that I would get a refund through head office or some other way. So far I have not received anything and when I call them no one answers.

My review is in English, sorry. I have twice visited the shop at '91700 SAINTE GENEVIEVE,' my last time today. On both occasions I was served at the checkout by a young lady who spoke fluent English (very much appreciated for me). She is a genuinely lovely person, and an asset to this company. I love the shop, and the prices for products purchased today (paint) were very competitive. I will return (my wife loves the shop also).
