They response very quickly
They response very quickly, which is the most important point for us to find a partner company. It took a week for a lot of companies to get a response, but they usually responded the same day or next day. Very appreciate for Amber and Lisa's help! There was a little drama things among us, they were really responsible and dealt with our problems patiently.
We intend to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with them and are a trustworthy company

20 Cube's best asset - Customer Service Manager - Josie Murgadas
We have only changed over to 20 Cube this year and already we are amazed at the professional attitude of your Customer Service Manager Josie Murgadas. Her incredible knowledge and ability to be able to address any queries any of our staff have is what we have realised we were missing from our previous Freight Forwarder.
