I've been using 1StopPrint for the past 7 years as my preferred printers. Ross and Bach have always been very helpful with suggesting the best printing options and always find a solution to provide me with what i've needed.

I appreciate the fact that they let you know what the cheaper solutions are which is always very helpful when working with tight budgets.

I will continue to use 1StopPrint for future work. I always feel i'm in safe hands with them.

I recently ordered business cards and vinyl stickers. I was impressed with the quality and the speed of service!

Ivy went out of her way to help me pick the paper and the correct size for the sticker. I was a very difficult customer as I didn’t have the correct format logo file. Ivy and her team created the correct file format and delivered beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!!! I would 100% recommend this company :)

I recently ordered a PVC banner for the British Heart Foundation, they altered the creative for me, made it and sent it out within a few hours of order. The banner is excellent quality and I would recommend them to anyone. They are also very well priced.

Barking and Dagenham Labour have been using 1-stop print since 2010. We have always found their service to be impeccable, reliable and flexible. It goes without saying also best value.

Two attempts to get a quote on their website, both ignored. Multiple attempts to get a response to my email, which they kept saying they "will respond to within 20 minutes" ignored. Spoke to a very rude person on the phone after explaining the situation.

Awful experience trying to using this company.
T shirt printing is SO SO SO expensive - £16 just to print a solid colour logo using vinyl .... and it would take days, when the website said it could be done 'same-day' .
the person taking the order was so uninterested and surly, i had to just end the call and find another supplier!
The quality of the t-shirt is not guaranteed, and alongside this there is no guarantee that the print wont peel off within a day or two - at least the person taking the order couldnt guarantee it!
DO NOT USE _ AVOID!
And by the way - the managers/ owners who occasionally are in the shop - middle aged asian gentlemen - I know from previous dealings with them, they are just NOT INTERESTED at all! Un-interested, dismissive, just overall you get ignored because they have no concept of customer service.... the type of service you recioeve is typical Ilford Lane Asian customer service - non-existent! I thought we would try them one final time in case they have improved how they deal with customers - NO CHANCE - much better to go to Speedprint or Printech! A little dearer, but happy to pay more to people who appreciate your business!

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my banner ready for my event and then I found 1 Stop Print; they made the banner ready for me on the same day! great product, very friendly staff, highly recommended. I will definitely come back for future orders :)

I’m sorry to say we have had a bad experience with this place. Just a honest true opinion, we have chased this company every other day for 3 weeks with promises of a site visit, promises of return calls, cancel appointment, no manager or anyone senior to attend the calls, no one available to speak, I’m sorry we have been quite patient and our opening is next week and we have no sign!!! No nothing! Not once did you say you cannot do this order not once! Your customer service to speak to a senior is non existent and now I am clearly leaving an honest review for those who should think twice about using you. I’m sorry we are left without any vinyls, or shop board.. not at all happy with your service!. I actually would be surprised if your reviews are genuine because seriously over 3 weeks to deal with my booking. I even asked your main person on the phone what does he think of the service and he also agrees not good... I don’t need his sorries as the poor man works for you guys... no apology from the non existent managers...Your reviews are questionable ! Avoid unless like us to have an opening you are left without any signage! Not professional at all.

So happy with the invites we had made here. We wanted to merge two different invitation types together and make some other changes which Ross was more than happy to do. He was also was very patient in going back and forth with slight changes. We've had so many compliments on the quality of the invites, plus the personalised stickers to put on the envelopes was a really nice touch. I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be telling other people about them in future too.
