let me be honest im scared of downloading stuff from this website and it downloads really slow but it works uh- yeah ig thats it / also i belive the slowness is also cuz of my bad internet lol

Told me send $3 bitcoin (as it was cheaper to use bitcoin) never got my sub after that and even emailed them. No response, shady and scummy site.

Run by an angry little scammer and the positive reviews on here are most likely written by the person who owns and or runs this website. Don't buy a membership just use a bypasser and download manager.

Purchased a membership, after downloading afew files I was advised another IP was using my account and that I couldn't download which is impossible because I operate from a static IP and I only download using a manager off my NAS so in other words there's no way my account could have been taken via a keylogger or trojan. Basically a fake bandwidth wall to stop you from downloading too much.

When I put my IP address into the whitelist so I could continue to download files. I got blocked from being able to log in anymore, even though I put my IP address in. Contacted support, completely ignored, that was a waste of a 12 month subscription.

I have been a premium customer for 4 years and, while not perfect, I can't complain. I primarily use my account to access my video files either through the kodi vstream addon or mounted directly to my desktop like an external drive. That said, the few times I needed to download something the speed was generally 25-40MB/s. Where they lose points is in the upload speed, sometimes it can take several tries during the day to get above 1MB/s but other times I get 20MB/s. I buy vouchers during christmas/new years sales so I get the service that much cheaper. All in all, I cautiously recommend.

Please ignore the bad reviews. I have been a Premium customer for 3 years and everything has worked great. There are some minor things they can do to make it more like a cloud but I use it mainly to download files, so I don't really care about that part in the end.

Stay away from this!!! SCAM and doesn't work at all!! Lost time, money and wasted energy! The positive feedback is homemade...

Subscribe is cost just 2 Euros for the whole month ?

My download speeds reaches around 70~100mb/sec ! surely depends on your connection and your PC that downloading from but at the end come on it's most highest speed you can find downloading something around 10GB for example.

Really safe website and am really giving those developers behind it a 5 star experience, don't let the wrong reviews pulls you down.

Amazing site. I see people writing bad reviews and stuff, but lets be real. Name me a site that doesn't do any of that stuff, yet gives users the access to downloads speeds as fast as this site. I reach close to download speeds I get on steam at ~50mb/s. This is all without paying a single dime. With ad blocker I don't see a single ad either and its 2 clicks to get straight to my download.

Any other site I've ever been to, with the exception of MEGA (which is still significantly slower) will throttle your dl speed like crazy (sub 500kb/s) unless you pay for their subscription. Look they have to make money somehow, if you're really that bothered by ads get an ad blocker. No other site offers what 1fichier offers and trust me, I've tried a LOT of them.

I've donated to them for no other reason than I like to support what they're doing. There's no reason to throttle peoples downloads to nonexistant speeds. I wish them continued success for the years to come while I use their site.

Stay away from 1Fichier. Arrogant and bad attitude of whoever claims to be « The staff »; the lack of command of English does not justify this total lack of understanding of service to their fee-paying clients.

I was trying to download a game for my citra emulator and it took me through almost 3 minutes of ads and crap that could have been solved on one page, when i finally get to the download page, it doesn't download, and will kick u out after a few seconds saying its expired... Then after you did that again, they will tell you that non-subscribers will be able to download something every 30 minutes, and then theyll make you pay for permium. Dont buy, these people are unworthy human beings

tl;dr: Took my money and wouldnt extend my sub and left an insulting comment.

I used 1ficher for a good few years and told many friends about it. This year when I tried to extend my sub through a wire transfer, it didn't work. I wired them 15euro, they claimed I didn't pay for all the fees, which I did, if theres any additional fees that I'll need to pay, I wouldn't have knew. I asked them if I can just pay the difference through paypal or anything else, they did not offered any. They happily took my $18 (15euro) and threw me the exact same line as a previous reviewer mentioned "we do not provide any kind of reading assistance" when I mentioned no additional fee were mentioned on their sub page.

I was trying to download movies through this medium but 2 times this medium was working smoothly then through this medium I found out that they also hack this data and steal the data.

Emailing the Customer Service is almost pointless...

They clearly have a poor grasp of English and can't communicate properly and professionally to inquiries. My IP was blocked, and my account was showing different error codes when attempting to download files. Their FAQ lists a large number of reasons why a user's IP Address may be temporarily banned. Obviously, its difficult for a user to avoid these bans if the reason why the ban occurred isn't clear.

I asked them to clarify the exact reason why my IP was banned so I could prevent this from happening in the future. Their customer service responded back by linking to their FAQ and saying they have no more information while adding that they "do not provide any kind of reading assistance"

Ironic that they try to insult a customer's ability to read while sending emails with poor grammar and spelling.

Save your money, user a more reputable service.

The worst hosting "service" ever existed. Disrespectful and helpless support, extremely poor. They cut your space from a day to another, forcing you to buy and hard drive to backup your files, and you have just a a few days to save your archives. The host don't work with the majority of browsers, don't work with the most known download manager, the servers are utter poor....Very shameful "service" and staff...

How do I delete and deactivate my 11fichier account?

Bad Service. No proper contact options, no live support.
Company does not even speak English!

I've been with a few hosters, such as Uploaded, Rapidgator, MEGA, and Multihosters. I've never had such trouble. Let alone that this Website is not in use ANYWHERE. I only found one site that uses it but its pointless. This site is useless in every way and you should definitily avoid it. Theres much better hosters around that give you proper value for the money.
