Poorly designed tests and no customer service post payment

We've been using other platforms. Only when my child started needing more challenging level for VR, I looked around and signed up with 11plushelp.co.uk with the intention of making the best use of their feature of setting difficulty levels.

But once signed up, I realised there aren't many VR tests at the "high" level. I still asked my child to give it a try. At his first attempt, one of the maths equation question was obviously wrong - none of the options would satisfy the requirement. That is unacceptable and my child lose trust in their provision from there.

So within the first few hours, I decided it's the wrong decision to sign up. I wrote a message to them intending to request for a refund. They never replied.

I understand now it's money out to the water. I try to make the best of the situation and asked my child to do another two sets of VR questions. There's problem with each set - his answer would work too, but was marked as wrong. The design of the question was not strict enough to prevent ambiguity.

I know there's no way to get the money back. But I stopped the automatic monthly renewal and decided to leave a review.

Another note to those doing GL format, their practice is mostly CEM format. So standard, not MC, hence may not truly reflect what you want to achive.
