Do not trust these people with a penny of your money, they blew my trading account with reckless strategy and are now refusing to return the upfront deposit of $45,413. The support channels are an absolute joke. Nothing but thieves.

It has been several months now since I was manipulated and coerced into "investing" all my hard-earned savings with this dodgy company.
I have had multiple, ongoing correspondence with the company in an attempt to settle this dispute amicably and directly, but they continue to dismiss me.
I am STILL waiting for the recorded phone conversations from the GDPR department. These records prove that I was manipulated and forced to lie in order to qualify for a professional account within days of opening my account with them. I was given a ridiculously high leverage for someone with my inexperience and this was the beginning of the end for my money. I didn't know that then, but that was clearly part of their plan all along.
I completely trusted them. I thought they were professionals.
I will not let this go and I will 100% go to CYSEC and report them if they continue to dismiss me.
I am entitled to my phone records by law, and I know they are keeping them from me because they are proof that this company violated their own polices and that of their regulatory body.
I know that reporting them to CYSEC will probably take a long time, but that doesn't bother me. What have I got left to loose? All I want is to get my money back that they stole from me, and get on with my life.

Re 101Investing reply below to my original post. I have provided Trustpilot with confirmation that I was indeed a customer. I raised concerns of intimidating behavior with 101Investing who responded with more intimidatory behavior. Glad to be finished with them.

Please stop calling me. I have removed my account through the customer support and cannot login to the webpage, I have sent you emails for my account and contact details to be removed from you database, but still I get calls from an account manager who says that they have never received a cancellation request.

Never ever use this company, they harass you endlessly with phone calls

Appalling company - i registered by mistake - they appear in search results giving impression they are something else. I unsubscribed in an email from them - i get a few calls from them every day for past 3 or 4 weeks. I block the numbers and sometimes answer to tell them do not ever call me again - they argue with arrogance that they are entitled to call me!. They continue to call me with new numbers. If they deal with a customer this way then you would be crazy to consider using them for financial services of any kind. Overbearing, arrogant, intensely annoying and persistently so and refusal to act on your instructions - they are the very traits you want to avoid like the plague with investment advisors. Be warned! Be warned!

(Update) I found it hilarious to see 101investing.com replying to my review asking me to send them my details. As I said to them many times before and I think my review makes it pretty clear, I DO NOT want them to contact me ... ever. And they dont need my details to investigate this review - this is the way they operate - just steer clear of them.

once u deposit in your money, dont u ever think u can get it out again, whatever documents you provided them, they still keeping saying documents not approved. KEEP AWAY.

I have looked the review before I joint. there was lady from 101 investing based in Cyprus was calling me everyday I told her I don't trust the review is very bad she keep calling me twice a day trust me don't worry about review we are register with FCA I trusted her they talking to you very nice and friendly I invested £1000 she was keep calling me to invest £5000 I refused £5k invested £1000 again few days later I knew I'm loosing all my money I'm lucky got £1400 back lost £600 review is very important I will not recommend anyone. its my mistake. this is true. This company engages in unfair business practices. Potential new customers are lured through fake ads. Employees are watching on your computer. Your name, email address and telephone number are suddenly known to other brokers and other comparable investment institutions.
I have been stalked, brainwashed and manipulated into depositing more and more money. They even advised borrowing money from family and/or acquaintances. They didn't warn me about high SWAP fees that are eroding your account more and more. SWAP costs affect your wealth and cause loss.
I was pressured to open a professional account even though I didn't meet the criteria and could never, ever be a professional. And they knew that! As long as they know there is still money to get from you, they will let you live, but eventually your account will collapse completely. By doing calculations I recently found out that they let me open positions of CFDs with too high, legally illegal leverage.
The entire conduct of this company smacks of scam.
A few weeks ago a very good Dutch lawyer from Amsterdam, known to me, explained on Dutch television how some CFD brokers work.
It has nothing to do with real trading/investing and they are just about transferring your money to them.
Stay far away from this company! They are shameless, unscrupulous people, people without a heart who bring others into misfortune. There is a good chance that you, like me, will eventually lose all your invested money. Stay away from them!

My Crypto went up & Up but my investment went down (the similar company rose as the Stocks rose)
They will give you a “Financial Manager” who rather than help you will try to get you to invest more & more money
I closed my account today with €37 left - when I asked where my money had gone I was told “The Stock Exchange charges a daily fee” this is Rubbish as my Similar company changed Zero
Beware of Olivia O & Samantha S as they will try to Bleed you Dry

I have been investing for 4 years so I tried out their website as a friend was doing the same.
I started out by depositing £300, and thanks to the pressure of my account Manager, Daniel, I invested £7,000 more. They even stayed on the phone with me while I completed the transfers so that, thanks to their advice, I would complete smaller transfers to bypass my bank's security features. Luckily my bank did allow me to transfer more. By the first day of "trading" I made an £84 profit so that by the next day I would be pressured to add more funds. I lost £5,500 on the second day alone. Their system is fake: trades appear and disappear without explanation and even they don't know why. All I know was that I was at a loss every time. As of the 30th of April, they have no longer been allowed to operate in the UK. I have gotten £784 back and so far, they have only offered to pay back £2,000 out of the £6,550 they set me up to lose. The account managers will tell you they can't give you investment advice, yet they will tell you the numbers to use and tell you the risk is the same regardless what you choose just so that you lose money and you continue investing more trying to recover loses. They will yell at you, humiliate you and attack you in many ways just to manipulate you into investing more. I will not give up until I get all my money back and, if you are reading this as a victim, please leave a review so no one else is misled by this company like the rest of us have!

Update 04/06/2021 - This scam of a company tried to flag my comment as a fake customer but I have all the evidence Trustpilot needed. Don't let them silence you!

This is a sham company that based its strategy on harassing once they tricked you with fake ads to get your numbers.
These people are not more than scumbags trying to get you to invest with them and then rob your money.

They have been calling for different numbers several times per day including weekends even though I told them to stop calling several times, sending emails and so on, clearly harassing and stalking is their criminal strategy here.

As long as they keep calling, I will keep denouncing them in all social media options available to keep other people to lose their money and be harassed by these criminals.

I am NOT INTERESTED in investing with you harrassment mongers! I have repeatedly told you I am not interested. I have repeatedly told you NOT TO RING ME AGAIN!!! I have BLOCKED no less than 7 of your false numbers!!!!! Calling me from false numbers in Australia, all over the UK, Ireland and who knows where else. You obtained my phone number through trickery, now lose it! or I will spam every review page I can find belonging to you. GO AWAY.
UPDATE: I went on twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and found all of their profiles. There are more than one on some of the platforms. I did a datascrape of every negative review I could find and told them if the phonecalls did not stop I would post links to the negative reviews everywhere. And I would have. They replied saying to email support to request that my name be taken off their lists. Guess what? The email bounced. But, I was serious about posting bad review links to their social media sites and I started doing that. The phonecalls stopped. Adios.

I have provided Trust pilot with evidence of my experience with you and my review has been verified as genuine. Do not attempt to contact me again through any means, and do not assert that my review is false or I will post all of the evidence on this forum for everyone to see. In the meantime let's see how well your 'positive' reviews stand up to scrutiny. You should have let sleeping dogs lie.

i had an investment running all of a sudden it all stop i had 1,25k in and had 476 left i did nothing at all i cant even sell what i bought 574769 is my account number

****Update on reply yeah stop ringing from multiple fake numbers I didn't subscribe to anything nothing justifies ringing me 10 times a day from numbers all over Europe .I told them from start I'm not interested they're using Google ads to trick people in registering with email and phone number and once they have your phone it's stalking all the way I have screenshots of all fake numbers they rang me from ,I recorded initial two phone calls clearly stating I'm not interested so why keep ringing ? Dirtbags who do they think they are to violate people's privacy like that ?**** I'm not giving them anymore time I've given all evidence to trustpilot .They can hide it all they want with fake reviews don't go near them don't trust pure stalkers keep ringing and scammers see history of reviews about them !

DON'T DON'T DON'T invest in them. I am coming back here to stress this again. I am from the UK and i think recently they stopped the UK business - Hooray!! This company my experience is that they give you a Account Manager to CON you! They don't give advice and they don't do anything when you shares go up. Remember they don't want you to make money, therefore They only pester you when you start lose money - put more money in, put more money in, so they can have you all the time. They would just sit there earning their company's swap fee from your account. I hope they will be punished in any way.

They keep on calling my 9 year old son and when we ask to delete te account or the number they can not do so for privacy reasons. He is a minor!!!!

About two months ago, I invested a small sum with 101. A man kept phoning me, urging me to invest more. Luckily, I did not give in to pressure. I did eventually increase my small sum to a little more, and I should have withdrawn immediately. But I left it, I thought, to "grow". Now I have just learned that these guvs have ceased trading in UK. I have withdrawn but my original sum is worth only one fifth of what I invested. I just hope I get even that back. Lesson Learned.

Do NOT “invest” with these phonies! They make you trust them and then manipulate you to put more and more money before pressuring you to open trades that WILL make you lose money! They’ll let you make some money first and then it turns sour very quickly.

Rather learn how to trade and invest by yourself!

Lost all my savings in the space of a couple of weeks.

Mistakes were made, but lessons were learnt.
