Delivery of used items from a store just isn't good enough
I purchased a used Tamron lens that was held at the Nottingham store. The order was placed on Saturday and ready to go the next day according to the dispatch notice.
The reality was very different, apparently the package was never scanned into the DPD system so it just sat there. I ended up cancelling the item altogether.
A bit out of character for Wex as they're normally excellent, especially the Norwich warehouse/store.

Great experience, would recommend.
It was a good, positive experience all round. I ordered a pre-owned lens on Saturday and it was delivered on the Sunday, which I thought was exceptional service. I'm delighted with the lens, it's condition is exactly as described (virtually new) and everything works as it should. As a bonus, I saved a substantial amount on the price of a new lens. So all in all a great service which I would recommend without hesitation.

Used for years and always get excellent service. Thanks to Martin B just now for quickly sorting something that that they could easily have said no to. My go to for anything photography related especially with the super fast delivery last Thursday after ordering Wednesday at 5x25pm!

I have always had to purchase 2nd hand…
I have always had to purchase 2nd hand gear as it’s an expensive hobby. We gave me the ability to up my gear to new by doing finance , something not all sites do.
My photography has grown now. And I now use wex As my go to for all my gear.
