Rough procedures, no customer service
The experience was very rough and when I tried to get customer service they were useless. After two successful (??) transfers, they needed me to give them more information. After giving them my passport number and a bunch of other info, they canceled the transfer. Customer service (after waiting 20 minutes on hold) could not give me reason and when I asked for a manager they put me on hold for 20 or so then disconnected me twice. NO customer service!!! A very weak, invasive and wonky service. BTW, don't forget to revoke Plaid's access to your bank account when you are done making transfers. If you don't, they retain access to a lot of sensitive information.

My experience is great because this company has good customer services. The staff are very knowledgeable and can advise you if their is A problem. When it comes to sending money this company is my choice, they are efficient very protective with their transaction.

It cost three time more to carry the same tranaction out at the post office as to the local sweet I cant understand why they are not the same price?
