Delivery time and anonymity were excellent. The product itself is poor. Considering the price and the clover style. They are very light, plastic feeling and weak in clamping. These are not hardcore at all. Christmas cracker nipple clamps.
Appear to be knock offs from Canada (website suffix on the pack) and have a cancer/reproductive warning sticker on the packet! I thought these , and for the price, would be severe rather than a tickle. Not a wince in sight, more Lovehoney naff than Uberkinky flinch. Disappointed.

My Hankeys Toys were packaged superbly, as always. The Toys, speak for themselves. They are brilliant. Very satisfying.

We’ve had this model for several years after picking one up in Germany 15 years ago. It has remained the absolute favorite among all of the others during that time but was starting to get “tired”. I recently purchased 2 more since we weren’t sure if it would be available later and the (hidden) revised charging port confused us because we could not find it. Everything is good!
Our only recommendation is to make the instructions clearer regarding the port location.

The products seem ok. My only complaint is that I paid for one day shipping. Part of my order was sent for the one day and the other came a few days later where I then felt I was misled a delivery service. No communication regarding this delay was received.

You have a good range of stuff. Everything came through as advertised very happy.

Great company and products

Do not buy the Mister B inflatable rim seat. It collapsed as soon as my partner sat in it and I ended up not being able to breathe or signal to my partner that I couldn't breathe and began to panic. I had to physically push him off. This product is unsafe and should be removed from the website immediately. Also, uberkinky didn't respond to my email requesting a refund, I had to get in touch with their parent company Libertybelle who did respond and offered a refund.

There is nothing that uberkinky can do. I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

As expected, fast and easy

Great range of products. Generally plenty of stock of most things. And fast, efficient delivery. I just wish they didn't use InPost who don't give you a time until the very last minute *unless* you install their app.

Ordered mr hankey suction cup, it was promptly delivered. However it was sent in a parcel bag??? You can feel and tell straight away what’s in the bag,Defeating whole purpose of discrete delivery. Package was received by my mum and now she knows I have a massive suction cup and possibly Giant dildo in my room. Worst company I have used.Thanks!

Delivered fast with no fuss

Product arrived in good time and was complete, discrete and good. Only thing that would have helped is if the royalmail tracked delivery code had been sent through.

​I am extremely dissatisfied with Uberkinky. I initially tried to place a high-value order when a promotion was active (items were listed at £67.99). Due to a technical glitch on their website, the prices jumped to £80 in the basket, and the promised free delivery for orders over £150 did not apply. I reported this immediately, but the store simply removed the promotion the next day instead of helping me.
​Despite this frustrating experience, I went ahead and placed my order (Order #2863). It has now been 10 days since the purchase, and my order has still not been shipped. I have not received any tracking number.
​I have been constantly contacting their support team to get a shipping update and to resolve the issue with the unhonored promotional price. They replied once to ask for my order number, and since I provided it, they have completely ignored all my messages. I paid a significant amount of money, I have no product, no tracking number, and I am being met with total silence. Unacceptable way to treat customers.

What can I say? It's everything you want.
