ve been using Trustpilot for a while…
ve been using Trustpilot for a while now, and I'm increasingly disappointed with how they operate. The fees keep going up year after year, yet there's no transparency around how they're calculated — no clear pricing structure, no consistent standards. It feels arbitrary. On top of that, the platform doesn't feel fair or impartial when it comes to how reviews are handled. For the price they're charging, you'd expect consistency and accountability, but I'm seeing neither. Would not recommend renewing without seriously questioning what you're actually paying for.
