Your British site has 32% of ShiftCam*…

Your British site has 32% of ShiftCam* reviewers giving one star, yet the summary says 'reviewers had a great experience with this company'. I will never trust your summaries again! In future I will ignore the summary and look at the 'poor' reviews first.

*whom I have also given one star. (Why isn't no star an option?)

Allowing companies to reply to reviews is madness

Allowing companies to reply to reviews with generic customer services contact details should not be allowed. Alternatively we should be able to respond to their comments to add further review of their customer service. At a minimum we should be able to remove their comments when they are misleading.

I do not want my reviews to have free advertisement below for the company who are pretending their customer services are approachable and well meaning. While this can be true, it is up to me to decide as the customer.
