Support and care
Very kind and supportive stewardess . Am most grateful for their concern and care when not being unwell due to travel sickness and even after landing. I would said the sitting I booked was not given as requested as I asked for a window seat but was placed near the toilets where the on going of movements make me so uncomfortable and thus the nausea and eventually makes me vomit . Otherwise am happy the care given with thanks Xx

I advise against buying tickets from…
I advise against buying tickets from this company. I made a mistake with the name when booking and contacted them immediately to correct it; they wanted to charge £89. I didn't agree to that at the time, but when I asked to make the change a second time, the fee had gone up to £99. They are a purely profit-driven company, and I will never book with them again.

Good service overall
Good service overall , however time given for completing a booking is half an hour only which is not sufficent as i had to put in passport details etc for 4 passengers and then bank details etc which took me over half an hour , thus i had to redo it all again.
