Great customer service
I previously purchased two of the On the Go Stainless Steel Insulated Bottle Flask's and they were so good for the kids. Unfortunately had a bit of an issue with them so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Beverley who was so understanding and friendly. She agreed to replace my bottles for me.
I had to provide some pictures and once received, Izzy confirmed what I wanted and a replacement was arranged.

We just had our first newborn boy and…
We just had our first newborn boy and bought the Tommee Tippee food prep maker. After following the instructions it appeared there was a slight issue with one of the functions. I contacted the Parent Care team at TT, and spoke with Beverley. Beverley couldn't have been more helpful, approachable, competent, and quick to respond when dealing with our query. After one or two email exchanges, Beverley troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue before providing a recommendation that worked. Some of the best customer care we have received, particularly in these anxious first few days after having a newborn. From Mark and Eimear.

Prep Go machine does not work properly
Prep Go machine does not work properly, there are constant issues with it being too warm and therefore not functioning or it only gives the hotshot and not cold shot.
Customer care team also refused to help!
I would never recommend this machine to anyone.

We would kindly like to make you aware that the Perfect Prep Machine's have a built-in safety feature designed to prevent water from dispensing at a temperature that may be too hot for your baby’s feed. During warmer months, this can flag up more often. The Perfect Prep will only operate if the internal temperatures or water temperature are between 5°C-28°C
We also recommend that you keep the Perfect Prep Machine away from sunlight and warm appliances ensuring that the machine works to its best capacity.
I appreciate being a busy parent it is not always easy to keep in contact, however we can see that you are currently in contact with the parentcare specialist team. Please be rest assured we will do our very best to get all your concerns resolved as quickly as possible.

Excellent Customer Service
We received a Baby Healthcare Kit as a gift for our new born and the thermometer wasn’t working. I received a quick and friendly email reply. All I had to do was send a short video of the problem and the team organised a new kit for me due to the fault.
