Rug arrived folded in a box, it’s so badly kinked! I’ve tried laying it in sun and even ironing it- total waste of money, will probably have to bin as it looks awful

The rug I purchased is of high quality and looks great, but the main reason I'm leaving a review is that I had to contact the company, and communication is excellent. They responded to me almost immediately, so I would recommend them 100% not only for the rug but also if you have any questions.

Gorgeous rug...love the quality and design.

It was stated to be 2-3 days delivery but it was a week before rug arrived, which was fine. Arrived beautifully packaged.

Although it’s not clear online the amount of silver grey in the rugs, I’ve had to send 2 back for that reason. I will try again as they are lovely, just not for my decor.

Really very disappointed with the quality for the price. There were random flecks of colour where there shouldn’t have been. The rug is very thin and feels more like material than a rug. The outer edges weren’t straight and the corners weren’t square. The underlay was useless but I can’t return that as it’s out of the packaging so that will have to go straight in the bin. Not a patch on Ruggable where I’ve shopped before. I’ve reported the issues and hope I actually get the almost £500 refunded!

Beautiful rug, really finishes off my newly decorated entrance hall. And with the under liner in place it doesn't move. Delivered really quickly, very happy with service and quality.
