Unprofessional delivery guys.

Unprofessional delivery guys.
Paid for two man delivery to drop items on the first floor. Was greeted with we don’t do first floor deliveries and that the company lied to you.

Poor Communication from DX.

Ordered a bed on 3rd September 26 ,it was due to be delivered today the 15th September from Mattresman with DX the courier, based in Paisley,between 8am-6pm,no contact from either now 6.30pm
A totally terrible and unnecessary experience.

Reliable delivery

Tracking was clear and updated regularly. Guys delivering were very efficient and ensured we were happy with everythibg before leaving.

Wish I could give 0 stars item is meant…

Wish I could give 0 stars item is meant to be delivered today and they’ve lied saying it’s been attempted.
Ring doorbell has proves otherwise and I’ve also been in all day.
Now arranged to deliver two days later what is this joke of a service??
Can’t even get hold of them via contact number, online bot service is just as useful as the company!!! Avoid using this company
