Still waiting for a solution
They have sent me a bill for 1499 kr to pay or they will send me to RKI
It was about a borrowed router which they say that I haven’t return it
Which I have but the employee hasn’t register it as delivered or they just scamming me with imaginary things just to get some extra money
I have had låne router for 15 months because non of the routers they gave to me never worked and same with fiber net
Just a scamming company
Customer service is just sleeping
They never give you help.

Internet wasn't functioning, we been twice to norlys shop, called support twice and nothing got solved. So we decided to cancel internet, I brought router to their shop ir Herning. Now we get letter that we will have pay penalty for router because we haven't returned it. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY???

The call center agent has given me a lot of details and was open to solve all my potential concerns regarding if I’m willing to switch companies or not.

I bought an airpods pro 3 from norlys shop Rodovre centrum and it was a great experience

Pretty good service but so many different campaigns going on at the same time creates confusion

I've been an internet customer for more than a year. Ever since we changed to them internet has been unstable. Internet has been down for 2 days, I called when customer support is open but they claim my "special" internet has no technicians working and I have to call the next day. In the last 2 days I have spent more than 2 hour calling and waiting on customer support. I'll be changing ISP as soon as possible and cannot ever recommend the services of norlys

I was a previous Norlys customer and received a call asking me to switch back. I said I needed time to think, but the representative kept asking when I would decide and then ended the call quite rudely. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

The service was excelent, i bought a mobile device with a 200gb plan, it was very cheap, the discount was awesome, the speed of the internet its better than my last provider aswell. Getting the esim set up was easy aswell, recommended
